I was surprise to discover a small leak in my basement. I had FSM to waterproof my basement 6 years ago. I was told by the representative at that time, that I would never have a water problem again. I contacted FSM immediately. A few days later, I met Justin {representative)who was very proficient & knowledgeable about my water problem. He explained and offer solutions. I had to remove & replace drywall, molding, repaint, buy more carpet padding plus have it dried & stretched…$$$ I was furious with the Manager from FSM, he didn't offer to pay for any of the repairs. Justin's effort in helping me made a huge difference. It took 2 visit to complete the work. This is how a company should service their customers!

Every time they’ve come out to do service checks since the install. You get what you pay for and they have definitely earned their cost to me. I would highly recommend them. Today a great Technician, Haytham, came out to my house and he was exactly as I described above. I can also say he was a great guest in my house I enjoyed talking with. I've been an FSM customer since 2014 when at that time, I had a triple backup sump pump installed. During this time I've definitely had a love/hate reationship with them. Sticking to my yearly service commitment, I still fell through the cracks when there was an issue that needed addressing with no answers for a solution. This year, I had the pleasure of Don B. as my service technician and he definitely showed that FSM has knowledgeable and caring technicians. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly, giving clear and concise resolve to any questions/concerns I had. FSM definitely need more Don B's on their team. He's only one of two technicians over a course of 11 years that shows FSM in a positive light. Those aren't great odds considering how let down I'd felt by a couple of FSM technicians. Thank you again Don B, for putting the customer first. I appreciate your time and politeness.

We just finished our waterproofing installation. WOW! Miguel A did an outstanding job leading Luis S and Gerso G. They were amazing installers! They were kind and polite and helpful. They cared about my belongings in the basement. They did a lot of hard work in one day to be ready for the city inspector the next morning. They cemented and cleaned up the next afternoon. A lot of good work was accomplished timely due to their dedication. Miguel also did an excellent job communicating with me about the job itself, how the system & sump pump work, and maintenance.
