I had my crawl space encapsulated and a support beam installed by FSM. Overall, the work was done well and my floor was level after the work they did. The only issue was the encapsulation of the sump pump and leveling of the dehumidifier. The original crew that came out put the dehumidifier of cardboard pieces from the box it came in rather than footings to keep it level. They also covered over our sump pumps completely which made then inaccessible and unable to function correctly so the sump actually overflowed and flooded the crawl space. I spoke with Amanda in the office who was so sweet, understanding, and efficient with getting another crew out to my home ASAP to fix the problem. Deshawn and Reggie came out and fixed the original issue, put the dehumidifier on risers to level it (had a laugh with me about the ridiculous state of it left by the original crew) and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. They advised me on how to access everything in the future while maintaining the integrity of the encapsulation. The two of them really made sure I was happy with the end product.

They did a great job of keeping us informed in different steps of the job process and did a nice job of clean up when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone seeking their type of skills. m not sure where to start. Our project was big. Tons of water issues with all the snow melt and rain. We have only lived in the house for a year. Reached out to FSM and had a great experience with Adam. Came out the same day and gave us a quote. He didn't pressure us and was straight forward. Fast forward to a week ago. Junior and his team came out and from the beginning I knew we would be taken care of. He walked us through everything. The process, the products, he answered any questions we had and went above and beyond. The entire time they were here they never stopped going above and beyond. They worked their butts off everyday they were here and some days put in well over 12 hours to get it done. Junior made sure to keep us in the loop and managed his team to where things were clean throughout the job. Everything was planned throughout the project day by day and I cant tell you the relief I felt after weeks of uncertainty. I cannot talk this team up enough. We consider them good friends after this experience and if you consider another company I would tell you to SERIOUSLY reconsider. Thank you FSM and a HUGE thanks to Junior, Trent, Chase!!! You guys are the real deal!!

Jason was very thorough and explained in lamens terms the problem, how to replace for a decent expected rate or how to repair for much less. Absolutely professional yet down to earth guy. I was surprise to discover a small leak in my basement. I had FSM to waterproof my basement 6 years ago. I was told by the representative at that time, that I would never have a water problem again. I contacted FSM immediately. A few days later, I met Justin {representative)who was very proficient & knowledgeable about my water problem. He explained and offer solutions. I had to remove & replace drywall, molding, repaint, buy more carpet padding plus have it dried & stretched…$$$ I was furious with the Manager from FSM, he didn't offer to pay for any of the repairs. Justin's effort in helping me made a huge difference. It took 2 visit to complete the work. This is how a company should service their customers!

Jason R came over to my house from FSM, for routine yearly maintenance. He not only arrived on time, told me exactly what he was going to do, cleaned up, and turned off all of the lights when he was done. Not to mention he fixed one of our gutters and brought in the trash cans and recycle bin. I am one highly satisfied customer! Thank you Jason R and FSM.
