We called for a free consultation expecting someone to walk around, point out a few things and give us an estimate +/- $5k. Andy Hess arrived, was incredibly professional and took a good 30 – 40 mins inspecting the basement. I’m not someone who knows a lot about how my home functions. He sat with me until he was sure I understood each different offer. While it’s still an expensive project, I do feel that I’m in good hands.

Clay came and did an exceptional and very thorough inspection of our foundation, basement, and crawl space. In fact, it was the most thorough evaluation I’ve experienced. (My husband and I have had some very bad experiences with evaluations and work done by other companies.) Clay was respectful and genuinely cared about our experience. He wasn’t pushy AT ALL. Also, he took the time to answer our endless questions. He never rushed us. We never felt that we were a burden or had a stupid question. He took the time to show us pictures and measurements to back up his analysis and recommendations. Excellent job! Great team! Kyle explained in detail what needed to be done without trying to sell me more than what I needed. The crew that came in to do the job were courteous, respectful of my home. They came in, got to work and knew what needed to be done. If I had questions, they answered them. They were in pretty tight quarters (all 3) and they made the best of it. Thank you so much for a job well done!! I would give them a 15!!! If you need foundation, basement waterproofing, etc., FMR is the place to call.

Michael was thorough, very informative, and broke it down so we could understand things better. He took the time to take his boots off each time he came into the house so he wouldn't leave snow all over the floor. FSM installed our sump pump, and we've not regretted their services yet.

Tom came to our house to look at a failing retaining wall. He was prompt, friendly and courteous. He spent a lot of time studying the issues and working with their team of experts to find a potential solution. Ultimately, they informed me that there was none. I knew going into the appointment that this was a distinct possibility and applaud them for their candor and honesty. A lesser company could easily have offered a sub- optimal proposal that would not have solved the problems and cost a lot of money.
