Ryan came out to do an inspection and was fantastic. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, clearly explained what to look for and walked me through whether there was an issue or not. His recommendations were thoughtful and professional. While I didn’t move forward with any work through FSM, that was strictly due to timing and budget—my initial concern thankfully turned out to be a non-issue. I genuinely recommend FSM to anyone in need. They’re informative, fair, and not pushy at all. Ryan especially stood out for his honesty and professionalism. Definitely worth checking out!

My basement flooded and Groundworks didn't have any immediate openings. However, they went above and beyond by getting Bryan Doyle to come to my house and his day off to install temporary sump pumps. I was very pleased that my basement was drained and stayed dry until the full crew could come out a week later. I would definitely recommend Groundworks!!!!!

FSM can’t be beat!! Had them do some basement wall work and concrete leveling for me. From start to finish no complaints whatsoever. Our salesmen Charles explained everything in detail and what we could expect. Our basement guys Marco and his crew did a great job. In and out like they weren’t even there. Last but not least our concrete levelers Rana and David showed up on time explained the process and addressed all concerns we had. Same deal in and out like they weren’t even there. Would not hesitate to recommend this company or rehire them for future work. The people make the company!! Nice job FSM!!

From start to finish working with FSM has been excellent. Professional and approachable, always ready to answer questions and guide me through the whole process. Kevin who first visited explained everything succinctly and was ready with a plan and way forward from day 1. He was patient as we needed weeks to finalize details and never for one moment did I feel pressured into anything. Dustin and his team were professional and friendly when working on our house and finished in good time leaving the basement in a good state. Great experience and peace of mind for our house.

We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! Richard Z, Shawn E, and Sebastian M were fantastic! They were very polite, professional and efficient. They showed up on time, completed the job over the course of 2 visits, and left the place looking like it was always there. I had a sump pump installation. When the job was completed, Richard Z went over all the specifications with the pump and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Give these employees a raise!!! They were top notch! I highly recommend FSM of Livonia for your waterproofing concerns.
