Tim was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve had no problems with the work Groundwork’s did in waterproofing my basement since it was done 2 years ago. Was used to getting water coming through the walls every spring but no more. Tim checked thing over and made several recommendations!

Teddy, Luis and Gerson are definitely the “A” team! They were on time, worked extremely hard, continued to keep me updated throughout the day, and cleaned up when they were done. Not only did they repair elements of prior work that was done improperly, but they also discovered and then repaired other improperly done installments. I have been with FSM (now Groundworks) for many many years. This team is certainly one of- if not THE best team I have ever had service my basement.

John came out to our home in Grand Rapids to assess a crack in our basement and discuss moisture solutions. He was very knowledgeable and I have so much peace of mind after talking to him! He was very clear about presenting us our options and discussing our next steps, even suggesting a few simple solutions above and beyond what we initially called Groundworks to assess. If we need future foundation work done, this’ll be the first company we call.

Groundworks installed a discharge line for my sump pump outside. These four guys did a fantastic job. Richard S ,Shawn E, Sebastian M , and Moses M. They were very polite young men they answered all my questions I had. They moved Swift and very efficient. They were organized and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. I had my crawl space encapsulated and a support beam installed by FSM. Overall, the work was done well and my floor was level after the work they did. The only issue was the encapsulation of the sump pump and leveling of the dehumidifier. The original crew that came out put the dehumidifier of cardboard pieces from the box it came in rather than footings to keep it level. They also covered over our sump pumps completely which made then inaccessible and unable to function correctly so the sump actually overflowed and flooded the crawl space. I spoke with Amanda in the office who was so sweet, understanding, and efficient with getting another crew out to my home ASAP to fix the problem. Deshawn and Reggie came out and fixed the original issue, put the dehumidifier on risers to level it (had a laugh with me about the ridiculous state of it left by the original crew) and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. They advised me on how to access everything in the future while maintaining the integrity of the encapsulation. The two of them really made sure I was happy with the end product.
