I was surprise to discover a small leak in my basement. I had FSM to waterproof my basement 6 years ago. I was told by the representative at that time, that I would never have a water problem again. I contacted FSM immediately. A few days later, I met Justin {representative)who was very proficient & knowledgeable about my water problem. He explained and offer solutions. I had to remove & replace drywall, molding, repaint, buy more carpet padding plus have it dried & stretched…$$$ I was furious with the Manager from FSM, he didn't offer to pay for any of the repairs. Justin's effort in helping me made a huge difference. It took 2 visit to complete the work. This is how a company should service their customers!

Keith Boyd and his crew were professional and respectful of our property. Looking forward to getting this service done. Ian came by for estimate and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, low pressure, and he helped us decide that this is the direction we should go. He explained the product and the process very well so when he left we had no questions as to what we should expect… So far so good. FSM recently completed the waterproofing of our basement and crawl space, along with replacing our sump pump. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the potential disruption, but we knew it would add great value to our home. From the start, we had a wonderful experience. Brian provided our quote and thoroughly explained the entire process, putting our minds at ease. The team also handled all necessary permits, ensuring everything was done by the book. The execution team, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex and his crew demonstrated outstanding work ethic, kept us informed at every stage, and were very careful to keep the premises clean. They truly went above and beyond, even taking extra care with cleaning up afterward. I'm typically not the kind of person who writes reviews, but given the scale and investment of this project—and the excellent job FSM did—I felt it was important to share my experience. I hope this review helps others in making their decision. I highly recommend FSM for your waterproofing needs.

Stayed here for three hours and found a not such a small problem but not such a big problem either and made me understand why it’s a problem with my house having a bad foundation situation I will recommend him to everybody.

Jason R. and Chad D. were the crew that came out to level and seal the cracks in our cement driveway today. Not only were they polite and cheerful, but they did excellent work! My home and driveway were left in nicer, cleaner condition than when they arrived and the work was completed very quickly. 10/10 would hire again.

Jacob, Steven and Issac were absolutely fabulous 👌. They communicated well for arrivals, time of the work, and progress along the way. They kept us updated throughout the process checking every time a jack was adjusted that there wasn't damage. They cleaned up and kept mess to a minimum in a very dirty and extremely small space. Thank you all for going above and beyond to support our homes structure and respecting our home.

This 5-star review is only a reflection of Jacob and his crew, including Cameron, and the job they did. We had our basement waterproofed and a sump pump installed. The crew did an awesome job and it was great working with Jacob on this. They were very professional and did the best they could on the days of a skeleton crew. If working with FSM, I would highly suggest requesting Jacob for your job. However, the scheduling and prioritization of jobs is something that needs significant improvement. Our project was supposed to be done within 4 days and it lasted 6 because 2 days were skeleton crews and 1 day was a no show due to another project. It felt like other projects or service related visits were prioritized over our project. Wish they could have been honest with us or pushed our project to a different week so it could have been prioritized.
