Highly recommend! Our technician, John Fulton, was incredible! I highly recommend requesting him, if you get the option. He was very kind and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and made sure to explain everything. My children and grandchildren were here and were interested to learn, too. He was more than willing to answer their questions, and he made it like a field trip to the basement! Very educational and fun! Can't thank him enough for being so kind and informative!

Ryan came out to do an inspection and was fantastic. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, clearly explained what to look for and walked me through whether there was an issue or not. His recommendations were thoughtful and professional. While I didn’t move forward with any work through FSM, that was strictly due to timing and budget—my initial concern thankfully turned out to be a non-issue. I genuinely recommend FSM to anyone in need. They’re informative, fair, and not pushy at all. Ryan especially stood out for his honesty and professionalism. Definitely worth checking out!

He was very clear about presenting us our options and discussing our next steps, even suggesting a few simple solutions above and beyond what we initially called Groundworks to assess. Arrived on time, was very professional. Verified my sump pump, back-up system, overflow sensor and battery were operating properly. John Fulton then checked and verified the integrity of the floor cross-beams and exterior foundation walls / brick walls showed no signs of structural damage. Did not expect this additional inspection and it gave me confidence that no future concerns will arise.
