We are extremely happy! We knew exactly when they would arrive, on arrival the supervisor informed us of their procedures what they would be doing while the other workers were getting things ready. Floor protection was laid down, dust control screens were put up, and they also used an air scrubber to keep the area clean . Junior, Trent and Benson were very professional! They kept us informed on their progress and at or near the end showed us their work and made sure we were happy. We were thrilled! We obviously would highly recommend them!

FSM recently completed the waterproofing of our basement and crawl space, along with replacing our sump pump. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the potential disruption, but we knew it would add great value to our home. From the start, we had a wonderful experience. Brian provided our quote and thoroughly explained the entire process, putting our minds at ease. The team also handled all necessary permits, ensuring everything was done by the book. The execution team, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex and his crew demonstrated outstanding work ethic, kept us informed at every stage, and were very careful to keep the premises clean. They truly went above and beyond, even taking extra care with cleaning up afterward. I'm typically not the kind of person who writes reviews, but given the scale and investment of this project—and the excellent job FSM did—I felt it was important to share my experience. I hope this review helps others in making their decision. I highly recommend FSM for your waterproofing needs.

We had our annual check up on work done on our foundation. The work was impeccable and the service amazing. Tajh Rousseau came within the one hour window he said he would be here. He was very efficient, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend their services.

Great experience. Was able to easily book an inspection for my first available date. John L. came to the house to look at our problem and expertly formulated a plan. Explained to me what was wrong and what products were best to use to fix the problem. I was able to be placed on the work calendar much sooner than I anticipated. On the service date, foreman Matt K. outlined again the plan for installation of the beam and jacks required to fix our sagging floor. He answered a couple of my questions in clear terms that I could understand. Crew members Xavier T. and Tommy D. were friendly but very professional and highly efficient in their work flow. Matt K called the morning of just to ensure correct service time but FSM uses a texting system to update the customer of everything on the service date. When they’re leaving the shop, when they’ve arrived at the property. Worked flawlessly. All of it exceeded expectations!

He took the time to carefully assess our house and made sure we understood the findings and patiently answered all of our questions. Julie came out and first looked at and checked how the Sump Pump wasn't working efficiently. Then suggested a newer more efficient sump pump. She was thorough and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She took her time and was patient and answered my questions. Also, Maxwell came out to lend a hand and he too was very kind and helpful. Both Julie and Max worked together very well. What a team!
