Bryant's crew of Branbon, Jarred and Crabe arrived on time, went to work. Bryant explained what they were going to do. The job was done efficiently, they finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up the area. We did a walk through with Bryant who explained everything. I was totally satisfied with the entire process.

Would highly recommend using them. James Nesbitt was very knowledgeable and helpful in his assessment and price quote. The crew that came out to do the job was amazing. Very hard workers, prompt (actually early the second day), friendly and respectful, and kept a VERY clean job site.

I highly recommend this company. The contractors did a beyond excellent job at explaining the problems with my basement and throughly explained how they planned to fix it. The whole process went smoothly and every employee I talked to was kind, professional, and showed a willingness to help. They also offer financing options which were a huge help.

We have had their system for 5 years now and they do a great job of following up with us to make sure that everything is working properly. The service team has always been respectful and helpful. We just had our yearly inspection and Tim H. Was very helpful and informed us about our system function and recommendations for better performance.

We hired FSM Grand Rapids to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM Grand Rapids for any of your foundation work!

I had an excellent experience with the Groundworks team. The technician (Mike), went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. He was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the work being done and the future work I was signing up for to address the issues found in my basement. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. Mike has vast work knowledge and truly cares about his customers. We had a foundation leak for years. We had Foundation System of Michigan do our work. We were very pleased with the end result. To never have water in the basement is such a relief. Jalen was the supervisor of his crew. They were Deshawn, Nick S. and Reggie. Jalen was very polite and apologetic for the small crews he had and for the length of time it took to complete the job.
