I would highly recommend FSM! Miguel and his crew, JasmanY V, and Jose V were polite, hard working, and efficient workers. Miguel kept me informed throughout the process of the progress they were making, showing me and explaining exactly what they were doing. When a change was made to the original contract, it was discussed with me, and I received a prompt call back first thing in the next morning, agreeing on a credit to my account. The worksite was all clean when they left. Job well done!

FSM completed work on my basement in November 2025. I am thrilled to say that my basement is dry this morning, after the tremendous storm last night, the pump installed is working great and my yard has no standing water. Jake Whitlow was the foreman on site and the crew was great!

We have had their system for 5 years now and they do a great job of following up with us to make sure that everything is working properly. The service team has always been respectful and helpful. We just had our yearly inspection and Tim H. Was very helpful and informed us about our system function and recommendations for better performance.

We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! From our first encounter with FSM, we found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and concerned. Erik Randall and Caleb Denmark have been outstanding. They answered all my questions completely helping me to understand what was causing my problems and how best to fix them. I had water issues in the crawlspace as well as foundation problems. They sent a crew within 24 hours to address the water issue in the crawlspace. The entire crew were remarkable. They were all so friendly and worked quickly to encapsulate my crawl space, install a new sump pump system and dehumidifier and within hours my water problem was solved. They cleaned everything up so well you would never know that they had been here. I can't say enough about Erik Randall. I have called him or texted him numerous times with questions and he is right on top of everything. He responds quickly and really knows this business. I'm very happy with this company. I would highly recommend them! We just contracted them to handle our foundation issue and I am secure that it will be handled quickly, professionally and completely. I am so happy that I chose FSM.

Miguel and his team did an amazing job in my basement. He always kept me in the loop and was always available for questions. He even noticed some other plumbing pipes that were loose and glued them for me. Which could have created a huge mess later on. I fully recommend this company and especially this location with the work they did. We have had a couple of rains since the repair and I no longer have to clean up water in my basement.

They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.
