This section of my house was over a 100 years old and had sunk a couple inches. I was so incredibly nervous about having the helictical piers installed and the house lifted. My salesperson and the ground crew kept reassuring me that they knew what they were doing and they would do their best. I am so happy with the outcome! Jason R and Jordan B. did a great job today. They were very thorough and offered to extend my warranty for five years from today since I had problems with their quality of work originally. I did not expect that, but that really made a difference plus them getting the job done correctly today. These guys were excellent and did an amazing job with lifting & leveling, a professional looking saw-cut to prep and then filll the cracks.

Had Groundworks add on to a previous waterproofing system I had installed. The team they sent (Matt M., Sabastian M., and Martin H.) was great! They communicated when they would arrive, provided progress updated on the work, and completed a professional installation quickly. I was very impressed at how well they cleaned up the space afterward. This is the third installation I've had this company do, and all three times they've done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

Their team (Richard Z, Shawn E and Sebastian M)were very prompted and thorough. They called ahead before they came and introduced themselves, plus explained the work to be performed. We seen a difference on the level of our floor as they worked it. They shown us pictures of the work underneath in our crawl space and what it took to achieve the results. We are pleased so far and would recommend them to others.

DeCovon and his team (Dewayne and Darius) were amazing! It was thought to be a quick job, but they ran into unseen issues after the floor came up. They fixed everything over the next two days making sure the job was done 100% right. Now we have a professional system and the piece of mind that our basement will be dry. Delivered exactly as promised. I ended up not having to use their services but, our service representative really delivered. Jake McCurdy was prompt and provided the most thorough “free” inspection service I have ever received. He did not try to sale me things unnecessarily. He presented his findings, educated me on the options and risks if I did not go with the repairs. It was a memorable experience-wish I had called them before I finished my basement. I am currently going to try to eliminate the problem at the source. If that doesn’t work- I will be calling FSM back.
