We scheduled with FSM for an inspection of our crawl space to get help with understanding what we could do to clean and seal it up. Our inspector was John Eldon. John is tasked with the unpleasant job of crawling through some dirty, cramped spaces and he definitely approached ours with good humor and a professional attitude. He put us at ease and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and concerns. There was NO hard sell or pressure to sign. We did contract with FSM to do the job and feel very comfortable with the process so far. They followed up as promised with scheduling. The crew showed up to do the dirty work with so much enthusiasm! A great bunch and they did a fantastic job. You would not even have known they were here aside from the major transformation of the Crawl Space. Not a stitch of mess left behind. We had tons of questions during the estimate with Ben and during the installation and they all were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The change through out our home AMAZING! After having a great experience with this company last year when the waterproofed my basement and put beams in, I had another great experience at my first follow-up appointment. Phillip P came to adjust the beams, do measurements, and check things to make sure they were all working well. He was positive and very thorough in his work. He made sure to show me what he did, talk about what he noticed, and clean up the area. He then returned later in the week to replace the parts (screws? I don't know. They look like big screws but are surely called something different) that are no longer the correct size to "make sure they don't forget to bring them next year." He's a hard worker and did a great job!
