Just have to say, in what could be one of the worst situations to find yourself, this process was made so much easier with the help of our awesome inspector Rana! She was beyond helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to try and make everything work out for us. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything in great detail. She reviewed all our options and worked tirelessly with us to find the best possible solution. Not once did she ever make us feel that we were putting her out or wasting her time with our endless questions. Rana, you are the best!

John Terry was fantastic! We've over what he was doing to make sure we understood everything and or if any questions. We already have has work done from FSM in the past and will continue to do so because of ppl like John. He also went over future options if we were interested in investing in it in the future and let us know he was not telling us we had to or needed to. Tim H. did a thorough job servicing the sump system and dehumidifier in our crawlspace. He also inspected the area in the crawlspace underneath where I noticed some differences in the floor. He found a couple issues and gave me a list of suggestions and prices if I decided to repair. Even took the time to say Hi to one of my anxious dogs which goes a long way with her socialization. We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! I can't say enough about FSM's great customer service across the board. From the estimate detail to completion of the Michigan basement waterproofing & sump pump, the project manager and entire office and team were greatly communicative and simply awesome to work with. They did a meticulous job; huge lifesaving transformation. Install was completed during extreme cold and snow conditions. No water issues at all after the deep freeze melted. My sister recommended them, and I went with them based on the great work they did on her house, and their outstanding reputation. Thanks to Terrell, Terrell Jr. and Tyler, plus David, no longer have to worry about water issues. Top notch company and team, highly recommend. If you are in need, definitely put them on your estimate list. FSM is high quality, no nonsense.

Without mentioning names, the 'other' company's sump system was incorrectly installed, causing sand to fill the bucket and the drain pipes. Not only did the basement flood, it created a bow on that east wall, weakening an existing bow. No response at all from 'them' to my pleas.So I called FSM – immediate response! Greg Q assessed the situation and stood by me as we resolved things, in stages of 3 visits. Sump bucket is now properly installed, drain system improved upon, basement floor trenches and finger drains to respond to hydrostatic pressure, wall anchors installed where needed. Each repair session consisted of a team of no-nonsense, in-sync, yet very approachable and very respectful hard workers. The house was spotless when they left, inside and out. These folks are serious problem solvers. And just like that, this house finally has a no-nonsense, in-sync dry basement and a solid foundation. Thank you FSM – Team Foreman and Team, and the very responsive and supportive Office, and most definitely, Thank you Greg Q.

John came to my house to perform the yearly maintenance on the sump pumps and to ensure that the work completed three years ago is still in good condition. Everything checked out well. He was very respectful, professional, and thorough during the visit. I’m very happy that I chose this company for my basement waterproofing. Hopefully everything continues to work well for many years, but it’s reassuring to know they maintain the same level of professionalism if anything ever needs attention in the future.

Jason Schilt, came to inspect our home on 7/24, and arrived on time to inspect our home inside, outside, and our crawl space. We cannot have asked to receive a better inspector than Jason. He did not rush through the inspection but took his time to provide us with very thorough details with images to show what we were dealing with under the crawl space. Jason also helped us with financing, and went through pricing options as well as gave his honest professional opinion of what needs to be repaired/replaced.We had reached out to a different company prior to contacting FSM and when the individual arrived to our home he was only here at most 10 minutes and within this short few minutes without ever even going into our crawl space to see what the problem was he stated our structure and foundation both were bad, said he would need to dig up pavements along the house to knock the crawl space wall out then he would go in from there to repair anything he found. He said he also would need to replace the pavement going along our home after he was finished. He quoted us 20,000 to start this job and it took me numerous calls to get the estimate which arrived 3 weeks later. We did not hesitate to call FSM for a second opinion as we were not comfortable with the first guy from the independently owned company who quoted us 20,000. We are so thankful that FSM gave us Jason Schilt as our inspector because he genuinely cares about his job and the well being of his customers. We hope others are as blessed as we were to have Jason come to their home, he’s a very honest person and great guy to do business with! Thank you so much for everything Jason! We hired FSM to level our sidewalk/walkway sections. Jayden B and Carter S arrived promptly this morning and did an excellent job! They met with us to discuss our concerns and needs so they could be sure the completed job met our expectations. We were given explanations throughout the process so that we understood what they were accomplishing. They invited us to watch the work and take photos or videos if we wanted. These guys really understand the work they are doing and accomplish their task with respect for the property. They had great attention to detail and did their work effectively and efficiently. We will need to have our driveway leveled next year and will not only call FSM, but will request Jayden and Carter do the work.

Clay came and did an exceptional and very thorough inspection of our foundation, basement, and crawl space. In fact, it was the most thorough evaluation I’ve experienced. (My husband and I have had some very bad experiences with evaluations and work done by other companies.) Clay was respectful and genuinely cared about our experience. He wasn’t pushy AT ALL. Also, he took the time to answer our endless questions. He never rushed us. We never felt that we were a burden or had a stupid question. He took the time to show us pictures and measurements to back up his analysis and recommendations. We scheduled with FSM for an inspection of our crawl space to get help with understanding what we could do to clean and seal it up. Our inspector was John Eldon. John is tasked with the unpleasant job of crawling through some dirty, cramped spaces and he definitely approached ours with good humor and a professional attitude. He put us at ease and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and concerns. There was NO hard sell or pressure to sign. We did contract with FSM to do the job and feel very comfortable with the process so far. They followed up as promised with scheduling. We're hoping to follow up with a positive review after the job is done. Thank you, John!

Dan the "Foreman", Riley, and Reginald were a great crew working together to get my crawl space floor system stabilized to allow me to complete the remodeling of our lake home. They were on time and completed the job a day early. Dan and I work through some of the unforseen structural issues ane saved $2000.00 by eliminating one beam. The only issue was that Tom the salesman said they can level the floors but Dan right away said FSM only stabilize floors and never try to raise floors to get them level. We solved the issue by my purchase of a 20 ton bottle jack used to raise the main beam where it had broken. The home is a 125 year old lake cottage built back when main beams were put on rocks to support the structure. Overall the pricing for the project was better than Ayres Basement Co. FSM has 18 month no interest financing that helped our decision to pick FSM.
