Our salesmen Charles explained everything in detail and what we could expect. Our basement guys Marco and his crew did a great job. In and out like they weren’t even there. Last but not least our concrete levelers Rana and David showed up on time explained the process and addressed all concerns we had. Same deal in and out like they weren’t even there. Would not hesitate to recommend this company or rehire them for future work. The people make the company!! Nice job FSM!!

I really appreciated the service the company provided. Micheal B was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure he could meet at a time that worked best for my family when there was a scheduling conflict. This company will get straight to the point while providing much needed information about the home. Very thankful they came and pointed out a few other issues they noticed about the home that we might want another opinion on since it something they don’t do. I’ve always hated how many companies will pressure you to decide in the moment, but this company wanted you to take time to make the financial decision. Thank you for coming out to the house and we can’t wait to get everything done.

We already have has work done from FSM in the past and will continue to do so because of ppl like John. He also went over future options if we were interested in investing in it in the future and let us know he was not telling us we had to or needed to. Clay came and did an exceptional and very thorough inspection of our foundation, basement, and crawl space. In fact, it was the most thorough evaluation I’ve experienced. (My husband and I have had some very bad experiences with evaluations and work done by other companies.) Clay was respectful and genuinely cared about our experience. He wasn’t pushy AT ALL. Also, he took the time to answer our endless questions. He never rushed us. We never felt that we were a burden or had a stupid question. He took the time to show us pictures and measurements to back up his analysis and recommendations. I really was impressed by the professionalism of Juan, Diego and Jeff., and even John who did our inspection. My crawl space is ONLY two blocks. Very tight fit. Average guy can NOT fit under there. House was built in 1954. Needless to say I have NEVER been under there and at 73 I NEVER will now. The boys did a hell of a job and clean. My gosh, I would even do that good. They even fixed one of our furnace pipes that some how came apart. They seem to have a good time together also. The service contract was WELL worth the money. Needless to say, I highly recommend FSM and if you get a chance ask for Jeff and Juan and Diego. AWESOME JOB BOYS/ Leonard Mueller

I met Brian Maike in August when he came to talk to me about the Aquastop Perimeter Drain System. A friend had already had 3 estimates on her basement and when Brian gave me the cost, it was a little lower and what sold me is the lifetime warranty on the home. David and his crew came out early on a Monday (Dom & Matt) and did a fantastic job making sure the dust from removal of the cement was taken care of and cleaned up afterwards. I noticed the musty smell which was causing mold was taken care of. After 2 inspections by my city, they returned on a Friday to cement the trench. (Eric instead of Matt this time.). They did a great job again carrying all the buckets of cement and again a great clean up job. I’ve already passed along their info because of the great job done by all 5 of them. Brian was very helpful with answering all my questions before, during and at the end of the job.

We called for a free consultation expecting someone to walk around, point out a few things and give us an estimate +/- $5k. Andy Hess arrived, was incredibly professional and took a good 30 – 40 mins inspecting the basement. I’m not someone who knows a lot about how my home functions. He sat with me until he was sure I understood each different offer. While it’s still an expensive project, I do feel that I’m in good hands.

I wanted to acknowledge the FSM team of Dave, Matt and Kiko for the amazing job they did on my home. This was not an easy job due to the VERY limited space they had to work in. They were determined to complete the job. They were all very pleasant and polite. Dave took time to answer all questions and explain everything. They were on time and cleaned everything up when finished. I am so excited with the results! I am not smelling the horrible smell from my crawl space and the house does seem a bit warmer. I also want to mention John L who came out initially and looked over my space and took pictures of everything to get me connected with FSM. Jakob was very helpful and responsive to my questions throughout the day and thoroughly explained operation of the new drainage system, etc. He's also an outstanding foreman, keeping his team working seamlessly and in harmony. This team was obviously very experienced! I also appreciated the very high quality of materials and workmanship. And when the crew left, EVERYTHING was cleaned up very well. This was my second experience with FSM. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE OUTSTANDING!! I am just getting started on my journey with FSM. So far I am very impressed! I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment this morning! Super quick response!Kyle M. And Mike B. came to do the initial inspection. They were on time which I appreciate. Both very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous that they would be "pushy" salesman. Not the case at all! In fact completely opposite.. They took the time to do a thorough inspection, understand my concerns, and answer my questions. Even answered questions when I had to "phone a friend." :)They provided a thorough explanation of what the issues are and even had me feeling like an expert at one point! Both of them were very honest and even though I just met them the entire time I was at ease talking with them.Kyle M. almost got stuck in the well closet (I shut the door on him LOL) during the inspection, but he didn't skip a beat and it made for a good laugh!Mike B. offered some additional expert advice after noticing icicles above my AC unit during inspection around the outside of my home. Extra kudos to him for helping me cover it up!!Kyle M. was very patient with me during the entire process. He provided a good explanation of my options and was supportive of whatever decision I made. He was not "pushy" at all. He also told me what to expect throughout the process.Kyle M. and Mike B. make a great team! FSM is lucky to have them as frontline staff meeting with customers. They made my day!I look forward to the next steps in my journey with FSM! I like the fact that Kyle M. and Mike B. are familiar with all staff involved with the project. Shane came to our house and explained the entire process for foundation stabilization and what to expect when the work was done. Steve, Austin, and Q arrived about 9 am on the day the work was to be done. They explained what they would do and went right to work. They worked quickly but made sure they took the time to answer all my questions about what they were doing. They were mindful of my property and protected my grass and plants. They finished about 1:30 pm. Having completed my garage foundation stabilization, they completely cleaned up and left my yard looking just as it had when they arrived. These guys were great. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly. Thanks guys.

FSM performed work on the outside of my basement wall in October 2024, to repair a deteriorating membrane installed by FSM three years ago. When I called to inform FSM of a water leak in my basement, in an area serviced by FSM, an inspector quickly came to my house to check the water leak. A repair crew followed very quickly to correct the original work. The repair crew (Richard, Jacob, Cameron and Adam) were very professional and polite. Their workmanship and clean up was very good. I rated FSM a 4 because the original work should have lasted longer

I was surprise to discover a small leak in my basement. I had FSM to waterproof my basement 6 years ago. I was told by the representative at that time, that I would never have a water problem again. I contacted FSM immediately. A few days later, I met Justin {representative)who was very proficient & knowledgeable about my water problem. He explained and offer solutions. I had to remove & replace drywall, molding, repaint, buy more carpet padding plus have it dried & stretched…$$$ I was furious with the Manager from FSM, he didn't offer to pay for any of the repairs. Justin's effort in helping me made a huge difference. It took 2 visit to complete the work. This is how a company should service their customers!
