Nathan and Noah did an amazing job on the slab floor in our home! Nathan was professional, friendly, and has years of experience doing this. He took the time to explain everything he did as he went and exactly why he was doing it. We are new owners and the floor had apparently been slowly sinking for many years. They were able to bring it back to almost normal, which amazed us! Both Nathan and Noah were very impressive, and when they left there was absolutely no mess. I will definitely call on this company in the future if I have any need for it again.

Dave Pearson, Matt, & Jacy were prompt, friendly, respectful to us and our home, professional, and worked hard all day. They hauled out trash & muck from the crawlspace, leveled it, did mold abatement, installed two new sump pumps, dug new drainage inside and outside, insulated the foundation walls, installed a permanent dehumidifier, and encapsulated the entire crawl space. They cleaned up the mess at the end of each work day without prompt. We enjoyed having this work crew in our home and would request the same crew if further services are needed.

Bryant kept us well informed of arrival and departure times, gave us frequent updates on their progress with lots of pictures. The crew jumped right in and started working immediately upon arrival. Bryant kept us informed of issues they ran into and how they could be fixed. The crew were always cheerful and polite. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! There were a few things that needed to be moved due to the extra job, and they helped me move the items! I would highly recommend them to my friends. Our salesmen Charles explained everything in detail and what we could expect. Our basement guys Marco and his crew did a great job. In and out like they weren’t even there. Last but not least our concrete levelers Rana and David showed up on time explained the process and addressed all concerns we had. Same deal in and out like they weren’t even there. I had a rather large cement patio that had sunk and was sloped towards the house attributing to water infiltrating the basement. Rana H and David H were able to lift the slab to where the water will now drain off away from the house. They went about their work keeping me informed as to what was transpiring. They were pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you asking for Rana and David when you have Groundworks repair your cement. You won't go wrong. I am totally satisfied with the work that they had done. If I could rate them seperately they would both get five stars!! I'm a completely satisfied customer.

After Mark's inspection he determined that I had a gray water plumbing leak and a crawl space cover leaking but no need for his services. Which is amazing compared to the competition Ayers Basement that tried to sell 57K worth of service.Mark won't sell you what you don't need I highly recommend you ask for him by name. We have been trying for years to finally get the basement room under our porch to stay dry and this is the first time we've actually succeeded, thanks to FSM, particularly Quentin H, Jordan S, Anthony H and Frank who worked on our project. I should probably preface this with the fact that our house is nearly 100 years old and no construction project, from plumbing, to electrical to construction has ever gone smoothly because this place is just full of character and unexpected surprises that screw up everything you are trying to do. The initial install in August went great. The guys were very knowledgeable and efficient. We had started this project because, every time it rained outside, it also rained inside. We had cups, vases, buckets, anything that could hold water placed everywhere collecting all the drops pouring in while futilely running a dehumidifier 24/7. Turns out that wasn't what was farming mold on our walls and the August worked fixed the moisture levels right away, so we've actually been able to breath in there since August, which is great. But the house struck again with its mystery leaks through the porch cap and the indoor rain persisted. But, when I suspect anyone else might have given up, Quentin and his team persisted, returning several times a month, every month since to find and seal the source of the leak, until this week when we finally got it. I'm so pleased and would recommend FSM to anyone trying to get their basement dry. I'd also like to thank our sales guy, Don, who went the extra mile helping us get ready for the project because our basement support structure was completely in the way. Gotta love old houses and their quirks.

Micheal B was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure he could meet at a time that worked best for my family when there was a scheduling conflict. This company will get straight to the point while providing much needed information about the home. Very thankful they came and pointed out a few other issues they noticed about the home that we might want another opinion on since it something they don’t do. Fsm was really patient with me and very communicative. They got the job done in 2 and 1/2 days and it was a lot of work! There was always communication and I didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. They took care of the permits, the plumber, and the electrician. Everyone was super friendly and my young son who was very interested in all of the work got to take a look and they talked to him about what was going on and what they were doing. They updated me multiple times throughout the process And made sure I was satisfied with all the work. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward as well! They made sure to inform me about the new sump pump, the alarm, and the dehumidifier so that I understood exactly what everything did and how to maintain everything. This was definitely a great investment into my home shout out to Miguel, Richard, Jasmany for all the hard work in the super cold weather!
