By far the best and hardest working crew that I have seen. Luis , Gustavo, and Gerson did an amazing job on repairing my basement wall that was leaking . I could not have ask for a better crew working on my project. John was my sales manager and he also went above and beyond anytime, I had questions he would answer right away. I was surprise to discover a small leak in my basement. I had FSM to waterproof my basement 6 years ago. I was told by the representative at that time, that I would never have a water problem again. I contacted FSM immediately. A few days later, I met Justin {representative)who was very proficient & knowledgeable about my water problem. He explained and offer solutions. I had to remove & replace drywall, molding, repaint, buy more carpet padding plus have it dried & stretched…$$$ I was furious with the Manager from FSM, he didn't offer to pay for any of the repairs. Justin's effort in helping me made a huge difference. It took 2 visit to complete the work. This is how a company should service their customers!

FSM recently completed the waterproofing of our basement and crawl space, along with replacing our sump pump. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the potential disruption, but we knew it would add great value to our home. From the start, we had a wonderful experience. Brian provided our quote and thoroughly explained the entire process, putting our minds at ease. The team also handled all necessary permits, ensuring everything was done by the book. The execution team, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex and his crew demonstrated outstanding work ethic, kept us informed at every stage, and were very careful to keep the premises clean. They truly went above and beyond, even taking extra care with cleaning up afterward. I'm typically not the kind of person who writes reviews, but given the scale and investment of this project—and the excellent job FSM did—I felt it was important to share my experience. I hope this review helps others in making their decision. I highly recommend FSM for your waterproofing needs.

I have had one problem after another. I am still waiting for them to fix the work they did wrong and pay for damages they made on stuff they should not have touched….Update the job is finished and FSM has agreed to correct the issues and came out yesterday and corrected the issues. They replaced the down spout and have placed the pipe behind the drywall as I requested. They agreed to help pay for part of the wall repair. I was always responsible for replacing the drywall and removing it. I am glad FSM has stood up and took responsibility.

We purchased our house after the previous owner originally used this company to adjust the flooring and thank goodness they had a transfer of ownership warranty. They adjusted the flooring and completed a thorough inspection. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to negligence of the previous owner, we are having them come out to add a drainage system and sump pump. This was recommended by the company previously and the previous owners ignored the issue. I am looking forward to having this issue resolved and would recommend this company for future endeavors.

We recently had our crawl space encapsulated by FSM and the results are very impressive. The crew consisting of Tim, Kody, and Sid kept us informed all along the way. These guys attended to the work with diligence and care. They were thoughtful and took care that the work area was neat as well as our home. We can't thank them enough for the professional way they executed the project. When all was complete, I inspected the crawl space and was overwhelmed with the attention to detail and how meticulous Tim, Kody, and Sid are upon me seeing the results of their labor. These guys demonstrated a pride in what they do and it shows in the way they interacted with us. If anyone ever asks me about what to do about their crawl space I will certainly recommend FSM most strenuously and certain tell them if they get the work done, to ask for Tim, Kody, and Sid.

He was very personable, thorough, and took the time to walk me through everything he was checking so I understood the condition of the system. He answered all of my questions clearly and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he focused on what actually needed attention right now rather than trying to upsell anything. Excellent service and a very professional experience. The install crew operated like a well oiled machine. It was impressive to watch them work. Marco M., Mario S., Josh H., and Cortez Y. Took extra care to minimize the dust and dirt in the house. I was expecting the dust and dirt but they went out of their way to covered things that I missed! I was very impressed by that. This is not an easy job hauling concrete up and down the stairs and they did it with grace.We had a miscommunication with the sales department and they really should fix the language in the contract to be more specific on how much drywall that needs to be removed “as needed” is much too vague when verbal instructions were provided and not correct but the crew got their manager on the phone, and we came up with a work around to save the job. Honestly Marco and Dan turned it around and saved us from having to reschedule. They were very respectful, worked quickly and I would definitely recommend them for install.

Anyone who needs any kind of foundation work done, Groundworks is the place to hire. Last winter was brutal to our basement fireplace chimney, so bad that it made it lean away from the house. We had an absolute mess of a basement and crawlspace. After having several estimators come out, it was immediately clear that FSM was the right choice. Don was incredibly informative and helpful. He didn’t just teach me about their products—he gave me general knowledge that was genuinely valuable as a homeowner. He always answered my calls and texts, no matter the question, and offered guidance on anything basement-related. I can’t say enough kind things about him. The crew that did our basement—Jakob W., Denzel K., William H., and Eloy M.— worked HARD. Not only were they all respectful, but they put in at least 10 hours a day for four days straight to get our basement in order. Jakob maintained excellent communication the entire time. At the end of each day, he walked me through the progress and patiently answered my million questions with thoughtfulness and care. He even helped me move the water heater up the final step I couldn’t manage—and he and another team member carried it back down for me afterward. We will absolutely be calling FSM again for anything basement or foundation-related—and we’ll be asking for Jakob and his team specifically. I’m so grateful for their hard work, passion, and the consideration they brought to this project. Thank you to everyone involved—truly, a thousand times over!
