We have been trying for years to finally get the basement room under our porch to stay dry and this is the first time we've actually succeeded, thanks to FSM, particularly Quentin H, Jordan S, Anthony H and Frank who worked on our project. I should probably preface this with the fact that our house is nearly 100 years old and no construction project, from plumbing, to electrical to construction has ever gone smoothly because this place is just full of character and unexpected surprises that screw up everything you are trying to do. The initial install in August went great. The guys were very knowledgeable and efficient. We had started this project because, every time it rained outside, it also rained inside. We had cups, vases, buckets, anything that could hold water placed everywhere collecting all the drops pouring in while futilely running a dehumidifier 24/7. Turns out that wasn't what was farming mold on our walls and the August worked fixed the moisture levels right away, so we've actually been able to breath in there since August, which is great. But the house struck again with its mystery leaks through the porch cap and the indoor rain persisted. But, when I suspect anyone else might have given up, Quentin and his team persisted, returning several times a month, every month since to find and seal the source of the leak, until this week when we finally got it. I'm so pleased and would recommend FSM to anyone trying to get their basement dry. I'd also like to thank our sales guy, Don, who went the extra mile helping us get ready for the project because our basement support structure was completely in the way. Gotta love old houses and their quirks.

I am just getting started on my journey with FSM. So far I am very impressed! I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment this morning! Super quick response!Kyle M. And Mike B. came to do the initial inspection. They were on time which I appreciate. Both very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous that they would be "pushy" salesman. Not the case at all! In fact completely opposite.. They took the time to do a thorough inspection, understand my concerns, and answer my questions. Even answered questions when I had to "phone a friend." :)They provided a thorough explanation of what the issues are and even had me feeling like an expert at one point! Both of them were very honest and even though I just met them the entire time I was at ease talking with them.Kyle M. almost got stuck in the well closet (I shut the door on him LOL) during the inspection, but he didn't skip a beat and it made for a good laugh!Mike B. offered some additional expert advice after noticing icicles above my AC unit during inspection around the outside of my home. Extra kudos to him for helping me cover it up!!Kyle M. was very patient with me during the entire process. He provided a good explanation of my options and was supportive of whatever decision I made. He was not "pushy" at all. He also told me what to expect throughout the process.Kyle M. and Mike B. make a great team! FSM is lucky to have them as frontline staff meeting with customers. They made my day!I look forward to the next steps in my journey with FSM! I like the fact that Kyle M. and Mike B. are familiar with all staff involved with the project. Fsm workers came out to lift my sidewalk and driveway slabs because the city of Hazel park is incompetent. The workers from Fsm were great in every aspect. Punctual, polite and worked quickly producing amazing work. And muck more. The people who did the work, Jason R. and Jordan B. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfactory. Ryan came out to do an inspection and was fantastic. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, clearly explained what to look for and walked me through whether there was an issue or not. His recommendations were thoughtful and professional. While I didn’t move forward with any work through FSM, that was strictly due to timing and budget—my initial concern thankfully turned out to be a non-issue. I genuinely recommend FSM to anyone in need. They’re informative, fair, and not pushy at all. Ryan especially stood out for his honesty and professionalism. Definitely worth checking out!

FSM performed work on the outside of my basement wall in October 2024, to repair a deteriorating membrane installed by FSM three years ago. When I called to inform FSM of a water leak in my basement, in an area serviced by FSM, an inspector quickly came to my house to check the water leak. A repair crew followed very quickly to correct the original work. The repair crew (Richard, Jacob, Cameron and Adam) were very professional and polite. Their workmanship and clean up was very good. I rated FSM a 4 because the original work should have lasted longer
