Fsm was really patient with me and very communicative. They got the job done in 2 and 1/2 days and it was a lot of work! There was always communication and I didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. They took care of the permits, the plumber, and the electrician. Everyone was super friendly and my young son who was very interested in all of the work got to take a look and they talked to him about what was going on and what they were doing. They updated me multiple times throughout the process And made sure I was satisfied with all the work. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward as well! They made sure to inform me about the new sump pump, the alarm, and the dehumidifier so that I understood exactly what everything did and how to maintain everything. This was definitely a great investment into my home shout out to Miguel, Richard, Jasmany for all the hard work in the super cold weather!

Clay came and did an exceptional and very thorough inspection of our foundation, basement, and crawl space. In fact, it was the most thorough evaluation I’ve experienced. (My husband and I have had some very bad experiences with evaluations and work done by other companies.) Clay was respectful and genuinely cared about our experience. He wasn’t pushy AT ALL. Also, he took the time to answer our endless questions. He never rushed us. We never felt that we were a burden or had a stupid question. He took the time to show us pictures and measurements to back up his analysis and recommendations. If you have foundation, basement, or crawl space concerns, contact Foundation Systems of Michigan and ask for our “house doctor” Clay!

I had an excellent experience with the Groundworks team. The technician (Mike), went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. He was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the work being done and the future work I was signing up for to address the issues found in my basement. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. Mike has vast work knowledge and truly cares about his customers. I had a rather large cement patio that had sunk and was sloped towards the house attributing to water infiltrating the basement. Rana H and David H were able to lift the slab to where the water will now drain off away from the house. They went about their work keeping me informed as to what was transpiring. They were pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you asking for Rana and David when you have Groundworks repair your cement. You won't go wrong. I am totally satisfied with the work that they had done. If I could rate them seperately they would both get five stars!! I'm a completely satisfied customer.
