FSM did a wall stabilization project in my basement today. Jonah H., Logan D. and Bryant D. were the FSM crew that did the work. They installed galvanized steel braces. They did all the work in a few hours, protected the items in my basement and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job! Thanks!

We were very happy with the expertise, courtesy and responsiveness of the FSM people. First, Rana explained the process carefully, and readily returned phoned questions several times before the work was done. The experienced, professional team of Marco M, Mario S and Noel G carried through. Even with some adjustments there was no delay, while they carefully took time to explain to us each step of the process. Our basement was in good hands with these impressive craftsmen.

He not only arrived on time, told me exactly what he was going to do, cleaned up, and turned off all of the lights when he was done. I was surprise to discover a small leak in my basement. I had FSM to waterproof my basement 6 years ago. I was told by the representative at that time, that I would never have a water problem again. I contacted FSM immediately. A few days later, I met Justin {representative)who was very proficient & knowledgeable about my water problem. He explained and offer solutions. I had to remove & replace drywall, molding, repaint, buy more carpet padding plus have it dried & stretched…$$$ I was furious with the Manager from FSM, he didn't offer to pay for any of the repairs. Justin's effort in helping me made a huge difference. It took 2 visit to complete the work. This is how a company should service their customers!

After repeated moisture issues in part of our basement, we contacted this company for a proper waterproofing solution instead of another temporary fix. The inspector explained the source of the problem clearly and outlined several realistic solutions without pressuring us into unnecessary upgrades. Compared to previous contractors we dealt with, this company felt much more knowledgeable and professional overall. The crew completed the work efficiently and kept us updated throughout the project. Since everything was finished, the basement has stayed completely dry even after several heavy storms, and the air in that part of the house feels noticeably less humid.

FSM was outstanding to work with! Ben was super informative, honest with us and we felt confident we made the right decision to schedule with FSM to have our Crawl Space encapsulated. The crew showed up to do the dirty work with so much enthusiasm! A great bunch and they did a fantastic job. You would not even have known they were here aside from the major transformation of the Crawl Space. Not a stitch of mess left behind. We had tons of questions during the estimate with Ben and during the installation and they all were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The change through out our home AMAZING! I wished we would have done it sooner!! THANK YOU FSM!
