When we had FSM do the basement at our house in Warren, Brian Maike and his team were outstanding. I wish everyone I did business with was as polite and professional. When the city inspector came out, he told me: “I will inspect the work because it’s my job. But from experience I can tell you before I begin FSM has done everything as it should be done.” He took me through the inspection and the key points that substantiated his claim. When my daughter was recently considering the purchase of a home, her realtor pointed out FSM had waterproofed the basement. That was a contributing factor in her decision to purchase the home.

We are very happy with the job our Traverse City crew of Bryant, Gabe, Logan and Jarred did on our crawl space. Bryant kept us well informed of arrival and departure times, gave us frequent updates on their progress with lots of pictures. The crew jumped right in and started working immediately upon arrival. Bryant kept us informed of issues they ran into and how they could be fixed. The crew were always cheerful and polite. They did their job quickly and efficiently and finished up a day earlier than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend FSM to anyone with crawl space issues.

Austin arrived on time and discussed our concerns. He performed an interior and exterior inspection of our home while explaining in detail any items that were of concern. He checked all our existing equipment and systems, including a structure moisture content and interior humidity readings. He advised us about future possibilities and what it would take to correct these issues. He was very thorough and professional as he calmly answered questions and provided us a great future plan. We definitely useFSM for our needs and services!

We had a foundation leak for years. We had Foundation System of Michigan do our work. We were very pleased with the end result. To never have water in the basement is such a relief. Jalen was the supervisor of his crew. They were Deshawn, Nick S. and Reggie. Jalen was very polite and apologetic for the small crews he had and for the length of time it took to complete the job. Highly recommend! Our technician, John Fulton, was incredible! I highly recommend requesting him, if you get the option. He was very kind and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and made sure to explain everything. My children and grandchildren were here and were interested to learn, too.
