I had an excellent experience with the Groundworks team. The technician (Mike), went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. He was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the work being done and the future work I was signing up for to address the issues found in my basement. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. Mike has vast work knowledge and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend Groundworks, thank you for going the extra mile!

Michael was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to educate me throughout the inspection instead of just handing me a report. As a first-time real estate investor, I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He identified issues that could have had a significant impact on my investment decision, and I left feeling informed instead of overwhelmed. John Weidenbach was our inspector for basement waterproofing. We had gone through numerous contractors prior that did not solve the issue, but John went above and beyond to ensure our issue would be resolved. From our first encounter with FSM, we found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and concerned. Erik Randall and Caleb Denmark have been outstanding. They answered all my questions completely helping me to understand what was causing my problems and how best to fix them. I had water issues in the crawlspace as well as foundation problems. They sent a crew within 24 hours to address the water issue in the crawlspace. The entire crew were remarkable. They were all so friendly and worked quickly to encapsulate my crawl space, install a new sump pump system and dehumidifier and within hours my water problem was solved. They cleaned everything up so well you would never know that they had been here. I can't say enough about Erik Randall. I have called him or texted him numerous times with questions and he is right on top of everything. He responds quickly and really knows this business. I'm very happy with this company. I would highly recommend them! We just contracted them to handle our foundation issue and I am secure that it will be handled quickly, professionally and completely. I am so happy that I chose FSM.
