I had an excellent experience with the Groundworks team. The technician (Mike), went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. He was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the work being done and the future work I was signing up for to address the issues found in my basement. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. Mike has vast work knowledge and truly cares about his customers. Carter S. and Riley G. did a great job on our driveway! The cement slabs in the driveway had sunk and cracked—one was at least 2” or more which made driving into the garage a bumpy experience. But they got the slabs lifted, repaired the cracks, and caulked the joints between slabs. They even wrote down what caulk we should use to do the other joints if we choose to do that. No more sinking driveway! And we greatly appreciate the company’s folllow-up where they will come check their work annually for 5 years.

Tim H. did a thorough job servicing the sump system and dehumidifier in our crawlspace. He also inspected the area in the crawlspace underneath where I noticed some differences in the floor. He found a couple issues and gave me a list of suggestions and prices if I decided to repair. Even took the time to say Hi to one of my anxious dogs which goes a long way with her socialization. I had a rather large cement patio that had sunk and was sloped towards the house attributing to water infiltrating the basement. Rana H and David H were able to lift the slab to where the water will now drain off away from the house. They went about their work keeping me informed as to what was transpiring. They were pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you asking for Rana and David when you have Groundworks repair your cement. You won't go wrong. I am totally satisfied with the work that they had done. If I could rate them seperately they would both get five stars!! I'm a completely satisfied customer.

Teddy, Luis and Gerson are definitely the “A” team! They were on time, worked extremely hard, continued to keep me updated throughout the day, and cleaned up when they were done. Not only did they repair elements of prior work that was done improperly, but they also discovered and then repaired other improperly done installments. I have been with FSM (now Groundworks) for many many years. This team is certainly one of- if not THE best team I have ever had service my basement.

Communication prior to the insulation process was timely and clear, with updates provided whenever needed. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and did superb work. We cannot say enough positive things about this experience. They handled everything from obtaining permits to thoroughly cleaning up afterward making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Don, one of the managers, came out and thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces. He gave us great information and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need.
