I called FSM to repair a driveway and porch that were unlevel. Jeff Holbrook, the salesman came out and was great to work with. To sum it up, Jeff was honest, did not over sell and explained to me what I needed to do to reach a withstanding repair and cost.Nate Pierce and Noah Wick came out to do the repair work.I have to say I do not write reviews too often, but I felt I needed to this time. Nate and Noah were great guys. Called before showing up on time and explained everything about how and what they were going to do and did it. After they left my driveway was level and sealed which just looks great. I wish all repairs were done this professionally. If you've had anybody come to your house to fix something, you know what I'm talking about.Thank you, Nate, Noah and Jeff.

Jason Schilt, came to inspect our home on 7/24, and arrived on time to inspect our home inside, outside, and our crawl space. We cannot have asked to receive a better inspector than Jason. He did not rush through the inspection but took his time to provide us with very thorough details with images to show what we were dealing with under the crawl space. Jason also helped us with financing, and went through pricing options as well as gave his honest professional opinion of what needs to be repaired/replaced.We had reached out to a different company prior to contacting FSM and when the individual arrived to our home he was only here at most 10 minutes and within this short few minutes without ever even going into our crawl space to see what the problem was he stated our structure and foundation both were bad, said he would need to dig up pavements along the house to knock the crawl space wall out then he would go in from there to repair anything he found. He said he also would need to replace the pavement going along our home after he was finished. He quoted us 20,000 to start this job and it took me numerous calls to get the estimate which arrived 3 weeks later. We did not hesitate to call FSM for a second opinion as we were not comfortable with the first guy from the independently owned company who quoted us 20,000. We are so thankful that FSM gave us Jason Schilt as our inspector because he genuinely cares about his job and the well being of his customers. We hope others are as blessed as we were to have Jason come to their home, he’s a very honest person and great guy to do business with! Thank you so much for everything Jason! We had gone through numerous contractors prior that did not solve the issue, but John went above and beyond to ensure our issue would be resolved. I really appreciated the service the company provided. Micheal B was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure he could meet at a time that worked best for my family when there was a scheduling conflict. This company will get straight to the point while providing much needed information about the home. Very thankful they came and pointed out a few other issues they noticed about the home that we might want another opinion on since it something they don’t do. I’ve always hated how many companies will pressure you to decide in the moment, but this company wanted you to take time to make the financial decision. Thank you for coming out to the house and we can’t wait to get everything done.

We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! This was my second experience with them. The first waterproofing of an industrial building works perfectly for years now. We used to have massive floods after heavy summer rains. No more flooding! This time they did structural work to my home. They installed helical piers under a section that had no foundation. They added a beam across to support the piers and replaced rotted wood that they came across, as well. In the basement they installed waterproofing membrane and vertical steel beams along the wall. Looks good, we shall see if it stands the test of time.
