i am a senior citizen who actually lives in the Walled Lake area. also live in a condominium community. i was experiencing flooding and sub pump issues in my basement and of course Mangement co. and association did not want to help me. Fourtanelly a fellow named Dave came to the condo and was so patient and helpful in making me understand and decide what was needed to fix the problems . i was totally surprised by the workers that came to fix the problems they were such hard workers, and they had to go up and down about 25 stairs carrying gravel and cement along with equipment they needed to use.Miguel,Jose,and Juilan were the hardest workers i have ever seen. they even ate their lunch in the truck. they were professional,knowledgeable,polite and kind. i highly recommend this co. FSM was outstanding to work with! Ben was super informative, honest with us and we felt confident we made the right decision to schedule with FSM to have our Crawl Space encapsulated. The crew showed up to do the dirty work with so much enthusiasm! A great bunch and they did a fantastic job. You would not even have known they were here aside from the major transformation of the Crawl Space. Not a stitch of mess left behind. We had tons of questions during the estimate with Ben and during the installation and they all were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The change through out our home AMAZING! I wished we would have done it sooner!! THANK YOU FSM!

Shane came to our house and explained the entire process for foundation stabilization and what to expect when the work was done. Steve, Austin, and Q arrived about 9 am on the day the work was to be done. They explained what they would do and went right to work. They worked quickly but made sure they took the time to answer all my questions about what they were doing. They were mindful of my property and protected my grass and plants. They finished about 1:30 pm. Having completed my garage foundation stabilization, they completely cleaned up and left my yard looking just as it had when they arrived. These guys were great. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly. Thanks guys.

Justin came out for our annual inspection. He carefully inspected/tested the sump pump, batteries, connections along with the wall anchors and outside connections. Once this was completed, he reviewed all aspects of the inspection with me and alerted me to the amount of humidity in our basement. He made some suggestions of larger dehumidifiers and reminders for our next inspection. He was very thorough and professional.

Great experience. Was able to easily book an inspection for my first available date. John L. came to the house to look at our problem and expertly formulated a plan. Explained to me what was wrong and what products were best to use to fix the problem. I was able to be placed on the work calendar much sooner than I anticipated. On the service date, foreman Matt K. outlined again the plan for installation of the beam and jacks required to fix our sagging floor. He answered a couple of my questions in clear terms that I could understand. Crew members Xavier T. and Tommy D. were friendly but very professional and highly efficient in their work flow. Matt K called the morning of just to ensure correct service time but FSM uses a texting system to update the customer of everything on the service date. When they’re leaving the shop, when they’ve arrived at the property. Worked flawlessly. All of it exceeded expectations!

The Rochester branch contacted me after the Livonia branch wasted my time for a month. Their crew came out to complete my job within 24 hours of original contact after learning about the issues from the other branch.Nate and Noah were courteous and professional, and were both very apologetic about the way the other branch had treated me. They completed the job in a timely fashion and throughly cleaned up afterward. It was clear they take pride in their work and in the FSM brand.My concrete slab was sinking in a few places in my house, causing significant separation between my base boards and floor. FSM was able to stabilize my floors and move them back up to their original locations. I am very happy with the results

Dave Pearson, Matt, & Jacy were prompt, friendly, respectful to us and our home, professional, and worked hard all day. They hauled out trash & muck from the crawlspace, leveled it, did mold abatement, installed two new sump pumps, dug new drainage inside and outside, insulated the foundation walls, installed a permanent dehumidifier, and encapsulated the entire crawl space. They cleaned up the mess at the end of each work day without prompt. We enjoyed having this work crew in our home and would request the same crew if further services are needed.
