FSM was recommended to me for basement waterproofing. Joe came out to do a very thorough inspection and I was very impressed by his knowledge and level of detail during the walk through. By the time he left I had a very clear picture of the condition of my basement and the areas where water has affected my 80+ year old home.

We hired FSM Grand Rapids to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM Grand Rapids for any of your foundation work!

We had a foundation leak for years. We had Foundation System of Michigan do our work. We were very pleased with the end result. To never have water in the basement is such a relief. Jalen was the supervisor of his crew. They were Deshawn, Nick S. and Reggie. Jalen was very polite and apologetic for the small crews he had and for the length of time it took to complete the job. They explained in detail when weather conditions impacted planned work that had to change due to rain and the drainage that wasn’t there when it was dry. They cleaned up any mess to the best of their ability (frozen ground you can only do so much with till it thaws!). We highly recommend Groundwork’s.
