I highly recommend this company. The contractors did a beyond excellent job at explaining the problems with my basement and throughly explained how they planned to fix it. The whole process went smoothly and every employee I talked to was kind, professional, and showed a willingness to help. They also offer financing options which were a huge help.

Joshua Gaddy came to fix where the pipe coming out of the house was cut off and not taken care of properly to keep water from coming back in the house and letting the sump pump run every 15 seconds. Temporary fix and said someone would be back to fix it in the spring when the ground wasn't frozen. Your company needs something better than heat tapes for the pipe not freezing, after all we live in Michigan. Cam was told by someone to cut it off but not what to do so water wouldn't gush out on the ground right next to my house with no place to go. Joshua did the best he could for now. I wasn't happy with the problem, being I spent so much to keep water out and ruining my foundation. The job was done nicely until the pipe froze.

I had a drain, sump pump, and vapor barrier installed in my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the crew. Justin, Joshua, and Darryl were fantastic—professional, courteous, and respectful of my space. They made sure not to disturb me while I worked from home and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. And a big shoutout to my salesman, John—he was the best! Super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend this team!

He took the time to thoroughly assess our home both inside and out and explain our foundation problem in detail. In the end, he offered a solution and timeline for a permanent repair. We hired FSM to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM for any of your foundation work!
