I couldn’t be happier with the work Groundworks did leveling my garage. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you goes to Jason R. and Chad D. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, and took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout the project. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really showed, and they left the job site clean when they were finished. It’s not often you come across a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right, but Jason and Chad absolutely do. If you’re considering Groundworks for foundation or concrete leveling work, I highly recommend them. Outstanding craftsmanship and excellent customer service!

They saw my concerns about the previous work and jumped right into action to explain what was going and what needed to be done. i was so impressed with this team. They took their time to explore the entire area that needed repaired and provided details of what would need to be done. Jonah H, Matt E and Ethan H are the definition of work horses. These 3 guys literally ran with buckets of concrete repeatedly. They cleaned up as if they’d never been here and were very polite. We’ve had a lot of work done on this house, but have not had this positive of an experience with anyone else. Thank you guys! Very impressive!!!

I had an excellent experience with the Groundworks team. The technician (Mike), went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. He was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the work being done and the future work I was signing up for to address the issues found in my basement. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. Mike has vast work knowledge and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend Groundworks, thank you for going the extra mile!

I could not have ask for a better crew working on my project. John was my sales manager and he also went above and beyond anytime, I had questions he would answer right away. Bryce was an excellent inspector and was completely up front about our situation. We had a few minor exterior cracks and called for a free inspection. Bryce walked me through everything and delivered some great news that we should just monitor our cracks. We definitely would recommend Groundworks for any cracks or settling in your foundation. Best to be proactive and address any worries or concerns as early as possible.
