The job and crew was great. We worked with Dennis consultation and the crew Daniel S., Riley G and Nicholas S for the job. They were wonderful with the work and communication throughout the process. It looks great and now the basement is waterproofed and ready to be finished. The walls are fully supported and will last for many years to come. Thanks again guys!

Would recommend- Worked out options to fit our needs and budget and we appreciated the patience with all our questions. The install was relatively painless (we opted to do the prep work to remove stud walls) and the workers were thoughtful and respectful. They were efficient, quick, and the project looks fantastic. We really appreciated their positive attitudes and thorough clean up.

Highly recommend! Our technician, John Fulton, was incredible! I highly recommend requesting him, if you get the option. He was very kind and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and made sure to explain everything. My children and grandchildren were here and were interested to learn, too. He was more than willing to answer their questions, and he made it like a field trip to the basement! Very educational and fun! Can't thank him enough for being so kind and informative!

As a first-time real estate investor, I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Great follow up after initial call. Inspector showed up at date and time promised, follow up later for any questions. Quote was fair and included things others uncharged for. Matt K., Robert W. And Elijah M. did a great job. They showed up first thing and got the job done. They went above and beyond with cleaning crawl space. They were polite and professional and when the job was done, took time to show me what they had done and explain equipment. Would use again!

FSM came out today. They sent Taj, a service tech from the Traverse City office. Taj did a thorough review of the crawlspace at my cottage and found several structural issues that I needed to address. He showed me pictures of the areas of concern and explained the necessary solutions. Taj was GREAT and explained what needed to be done to correct these concerns. What a breath of fresh air, Taj was and an asset to FSM. I feel confident with the work that needs to be done after being explained & would recommend FSM.
