We hired FSM to level our sidewalk/walkway sections. Jayden B and Carter S arrived promptly this morning and did an excellent job! They met with us to discuss our concerns and needs so they could be sure the completed job met our expectations. We were given explanations throughout the process so that we understood what they were accomplishing. They invited us to watch the work and take photos or videos if we wanted. These guys really understand the work they are doing and accomplish their task with respect for the property. They had great attention to detail and did their work effectively and efficiently. We will need to have our driveway leveled next year and will not only call FSM, but will request Jayden and Carter do the work.

Robert Walraven, a FSM Service Technician, arrived on time for an annual inspection of the work FSM had previously completed. To my surprise we found considerable water in the crawl space. The water was due to a cracked pipe in our artesian well pit allowing water to flow on top of the liner that FSM had installed. Although this was not an FSM issue, Robert modified the liner to allow the water flow to go into the tiling and on to the sump that FSM had installed. This gave me time to repair the cracked pipes without additional flooding. He then offered to come back at no additional charge and finish the annual inspection at no additional charge once the well pit repair had been completed. Very professional and very much appreciated

Joe came out was very informative about everything that we need to get done, i bought a lot of things for my house for it to be improved, but I've never met a salesman that was so informative. We didn't want him to go period but he had to go cook for his 9 children period Also during the process and he didn't have to say it. Ever dry company. Definitely. Lee gave us a false expectation.
