Today was the 2nd year inspection of the basement (water) repair work by FSM. I was pleased with their representative Joshua Gaddy and found him to be amiable and very knowledgeable. After the usual inspection he was kind enough to check my homes foundation and reported "found no problems".

By far the best and hardest working crew that I have seen. Luis , Gustavo, and Gerson did an amazing job on repairing my basement wall that was leaking . I could not have ask for a better crew working on my project. John was my sales manager and he also went above and beyond anytime, I had questions he would answer right away. From start to finish my project was done right with high regards to quality A+ work from everyone at FSM

Robert Walraven, a FSM Service Technician, arrived on time for an annual inspection of the work FSM had previously completed. To my surprise we found considerable water in the crawl space. The water was due to a cracked pipe in our artesian well pit allowing water to flow on top of the liner that FSM had installed. Although this was not an FSM issue, Robert modified the liner to allow the water flow to go into the tiling and on to the sump that FSM had installed. This gave me time to repair the cracked pipes without additional flooding. He then offered to come back at no additional charge and finish the annual inspection at no additional charge once the well pit repair had been completed. Very professional and very much appreciated

We have had our house piered multiple times and each time FSM has delivered a professional, hard working, and highly qualified crew to do the job. The last 2 times it was the great crew of Javier, Austin and Joe.. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with their work. We haven't had the greatest luck with contractors but that does not apply to FSM…. they have worked hard to deliver true customer satisfaction and set a very high bar for our dealings with other folks. FSM is great!

Highly recommend! Our technician, John Fulton, was incredible! I highly recommend requesting him, if you get the option. He was very kind and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and made sure to explain everything. My children and grandchildren were here and were interested to learn, too. He was more than willing to answer their questions, and he made it like a field trip to the basement! Very educational and fun! Can't thank him enough for being so kind and informative!

Joshua Gaddy came to fix where the pipe coming out of the house was cut off and not taken care of properly to keep water from coming back in the house and letting the sump pump run every 15 seconds. Temporary fix and said someone would be back to fix it in the spring when the ground wasn't frozen. Your company needs something better than heat tapes for the pipe not freezing, after all we live in Michigan. Cam was told by someone to cut it off but not what to do so water wouldn't gush out on the ground right next to my house with no place to go. Joshua did the best he could for now. I wasn't happy with the problem, being I spent so much to keep water out and ruining my foundation. The job was done nicely until the pipe froze.

The crew come and did great job . Before we had our basement done we could not use it due to constant flooding . Now Brian come and look at our basement and explain in detail what going be doing and said howl long it will take to repair it..it was done In two days awesome I was impress .Tom show me the work as it was completed and explain the battery backup for the sumpump in case of power outage. Been few weeks now been raing and no more water in the basement and now we can say that we can start using the basement for storage again thanks guys..

I have had one problem after another. I am still waiting for them to fix the work they did wrong and pay for damages they made on stuff they should not have touched….Update the job is finished and FSM has agreed to correct the issues and came out yesterday and corrected the issues. They replaced the down spout and have placed the pipe behind the drywall as I requested. They agreed to help pay for part of the wall repair. I was always responsible for replacing the drywall and removing it. I am glad FSM has stood up and took responsibility.

We had a foundation leak for years. We had Foundation System of Michigan do our work. We were very pleased with the end result. To never have water in the basement is such a relief. Jalen was the supervisor of his crew. They were Deshawn, Nick S. and Reggie. Jalen was very polite and apologetic for the small crews he had and for the length of time it took to complete the job. We had piers added to our 3-season room. Tyler did a great job with the excavator, minimized the mess to the yard and house even though we got over an inch of rain the day he dug it up. Very professional and pleasant to work with. He is coming back to place the concrete patio back in June after the soil settles. Likewise working with Reina who came and pumped concrete under out 3-season floor after the foundation was prepared. She communicated well and did a nice job. Top notch workmanship from Groundworks (FSM). My room is level and all the doors and windows work again. Thanks FSM
