We were very happy with the expertise, courtesy and responsiveness of the FSM people. First, Rana explained the process carefully, and readily returned phoned questions several times before the work was done. The experienced, professional team of Marco M, Mario S and Noel G carried through. Even with some adjustments there was no delay, while they carefully took time to explain to us each step of the process. Our basement was in good hands with these impressive craftsmen.

DeCovon and his team (Dewayne and Darius) were amazing! It was thought to be a quick job, but they ran into unseen issues after the floor came up. They fixed everything over the next two days making sure the job was done 100% right. Now we have a professional system and the piece of mind that our basement will be dry. The last line of her Groundworks signature block says everything you need to know about her: “Less Than Exceptional Is Not Acceptable.” There are a lot of moving parts to a foundation repair involving work crews, plumbers and government inspectors coming and going with varying degrees of commitment to customer service. FSM recently completed the waterproofing of our basement and crawl space, along with replacing our sump pump. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the potential disruption, but we knew it would add great value to our home. From the start, we had a wonderful experience. Brian provided our quote and thoroughly explained the entire process, putting our minds at ease. The team also handled all necessary permits, ensuring everything was done by the book. The execution team, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex and his crew demonstrated outstanding work ethic, kept us informed at every stage, and were very careful to keep the premises clean. They truly went above and beyond, even taking extra care with cleaning up afterward. I'm typically not the kind of person who writes reviews, but given the scale and investment of this project—and the excellent job FSM did—I felt it was important to share my experience. I hope this review helps others in making their decision. I highly recommend FSM for your waterproofing needs.

Working with Dan Heath was excellent. He came, assessed our issue and sat down to go over his findings. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail and showed us what set FSM apart from other companies. He went through everything in great detail on how to prepare and set up for crew to come in and work. I also want to point out how nice and enthusiastic the crew was. They worked a very hard, long day and were polite and kind the whole day despite the cold temperatures. I have already recommended the company to others as we are very satisfied with the process from initial assessment to completed work.

They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.
