Clay came and did an exceptional and very thorough inspection of our foundation, basement, and crawl space. In fact, it was the most thorough evaluation I’ve experienced. (My husband and I have had some very bad experiences with evaluations and work done by other companies.) Clay was respectful and genuinely cared about our experience. He wasn’t pushy AT ALL. Also, he took the time to answer our endless questions. He never rushed us. We never felt that we were a burden or had a stupid question. He took the time to show us pictures and measurements to back up his analysis and recommendations. Communication prior to the insulation process was timely and clear, with updates provided whenever needed. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and did superb work.
