FSM waterproofed our laundry room and installed a sump pump as part of the process. Frank was the foreman on the job, and he and his crew did a great job. They were very well organized, and Frank took the time to answer all my questions, to explain precisely what was being done, and made sure that everything was cleaned up upon completion. I know others that have used and recommended FSM, and I was not disappointed with the finished product.

The last line of her Groundworks signature block says everything you need to know about her: “Less Than Exceptional Is Not Acceptable.” There are a lot of moving parts to a foundation repair involving work crews, plumbers and government inspectors coming and going with varying degrees of commitment to customer service. FSM of Traverse City and Josh G are awesome! I bought my house last June knowing the basement got wet and kind of flooded every spring. Last Summer when, (I can’t remember his name) came to do an inspection of the support poles they had installed a year or two before I bought the house he sold me on getting the whole basement water proofed. I’ll tell you one thing. If you think you need it done, but can’t afford it, you need to find a way to afford it. I didn’t realize how musty and stinky my house was before I had FSM do the work plus getting the awesome dehumidifier. They just came to do their annual inspection of everything and I only had one problem or rather question. I went up stairs to use the bathroom and when I came back downstairs Josh already had gotten me some dates for warranty work. I feel like I just doubled the value of my home by having them come in. Thank you FSM!
