I have a great experience with Groundworks Company. There representative, David Cottone, is very knowledge about this company. David rocks. He came over to walk house and exam everything that needed to be done on my driveway. He also should me how things would look on his tablet in blue print form. David gave me a history lesson on the company which made me feel at easy. The company have been around for years, so I know they are the real deal. With that being said, if you need work on the outside or inside of your house; Groundworks Company is that company that will handle your business with grace, honor and respect.

We were in the process of selling my grandmother’s house when we discovered a basement wall was caving in. Dan came out promptly and provided a free inspection and quote. He stayed in constant communication and quickly scheduled Miguel and his crew. Miguel did a phenomenal job and remained positive and smiling throughout the entire project. They were incredibly professional and just a genuinely pleasant group to be around. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs their services. We had FSM treat our house a few years ago. Have noticed moisture on basement wall. I called & within 2 days they sent Greg Bieniasz out. He was friendly & professional. Went over issue, checked pumps & humidity levels. Checked all around outside of house. Things are ok. Thank You for Piece of Mind. I would highly recommend FSM to protect your Home. Thank You.

We are very happy with the job our Traverse City crew of Bryant, Gabe, Logan and Jarred did on our crawl space. Bryant kept us well informed of arrival and departure times, gave us frequent updates on their progress with lots of pictures. The crew jumped right in and started working immediately upon arrival. Bryant kept us informed of issues they ran into and how they could be fixed. The crew were always cheerful and polite. They did their job quickly and efficiently and finished up a day earlier than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend FSM to anyone with crawl space issues.

We had piers added to our 3-season room. Tyler did a great job with the excavator, minimized the mess to the yard and house even though we got over an inch of rain the day he dug it up. Very professional and pleasant to work with. He is coming back to place the concrete patio back in June after the soil settles. Likewise working with Reina who came and pumped concrete under out 3-season floor after the foundation was prepared. She communicated well and did a nice job. Top notch workmanship from Groundworks (FSM). My room is level and all the doors and windows work again. Thanks FSM
