I have a great experience with Groundworks Company. There representative, David Cottone, is very knowledge about this company. David rocks. He came over to walk house and exam everything that needed to be done on my driveway. He also should me how things would look on his tablet in blue print form. David gave me a history lesson on the company which made me feel at easy. The company have been around for years, so I know they are the real deal. With that being said, if you need work on the outside or inside of your house; Groundworks Company is that company that will handle your business with grace, honor and respect.

Thank You to the following guys for being professional and staying late. They had a positive attitude even when their truck would not come out of park for 40 minutes. They stayed late the first night to get as much done as possible. The Foreman came back the next day with a different crew with the same positive energy. We had an older barn that flooded whith heavy rain or melting snow, creating a massive mess and making it unusable for our equine. We researched, read reviews and finally settled on Groundworks out of Traverse City. On the project, the team was timely, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They answered our questions and patiently explained everything. We had wood fencing along the barn and they were able to waterproof the foundation and dig French drains without moving it. They even took the time to spread the extra dirt out in our pasture! We want to give a huge shout out to Ethan Harvey, Jonah Hamilton, Richard Smith and Thomas Brown who worked so hard on our project. Really stellar guys and a joy to have on our property! Instead of dreading the next heavy rain, we now welcome it because we know our barn will stay dry!

The FSM team did a great job of installing AquaStop WallSeal in our basement and attaching it to our sump pump system. Jacob Se, Martin H, Decovon S, Alex K and DeWayne L were competent and friendly. They walked us through what they were going to do and even put back our dryer without us asking.
