I want to thank Richard and his crew, Sebastian, Martin and Shawn for a job well done. You and your crew went above and beyond to work through the hurdles we discovered along the way, including the weather. Everyone was professional, polite, hard working and put the customer first. Thank you all for a job well done and for helping me understand everything through the process. They also, took photos of each stage and Richard explained the details every step of the way. We hired FSM to level our sidewalk/walkway sections. Jayden B and Carter S arrived promptly this morning and did an excellent job! They met with us to discuss our concerns and needs so they could be sure the completed job met our expectations. We were given explanations throughout the process so that we understood what they were accomplishing. They invited us to watch the work and take photos or videos if we wanted. These guys really understand the work they are doing and accomplish their task with respect for the property. They had great attention to detail and did their work effectively and efficiently. We will need to have our driveway leveled next year and will not only call FSM, but will request Jayden and Carter do the work.

I was surprise to discover a small leak in my basement. I had FSM to waterproof my basement 6 years ago. I was told by the representative at that time, that I would never have a water problem again. I contacted FSM immediately. A few days later, I met Justin {representative)who was very proficient & knowledgeable about my water problem. He explained and offer solutions. I had to remove & replace drywall, molding, repaint, buy more carpet padding plus have it dried & stretched…$$$ I was furious with the Manager from FSM, he didn't offer to pay for any of the repairs. Justin's effort in helping me made a huge difference. It took 2 visit to complete the work. This is how a company should service their customers!

From first meeting Phil and discussing our foundation repair process and then the crew they sent to do the job, we have nothing but high praise. The job was not the simple project we thought and the crew worked through all the problems with determination to do the best job possible. Our thanks to Logan Rosas (foreman), Darius Currie, Isaac R, Aaron R, and Dave H for all their hard work. Instead of the one week they planned it extended into nearly five weeks of headaches! My basement flooded and Groundworks didn't have any immediate openings. However, they went above and beyond by getting Bryan Doyle to come to my house and his day off to install temporary sump pumps. I was very pleased that my basement was drained and stayed dry until the full crew could come out a week later. I would definitely recommend Groundworks!!!!!

We're had a really great experience and are glad to be using them. We had work done through another company a few years ago, which is not holding up well. (Our basement continues to smell musty sometimes.) We really liked the ability to schedule the appointment online and couldn't have asked for a better consultation with Keenan. We've been very pleased with the correspondences ahead of the work such as receiving the plans and permits. It's a lot of money to drop on something that isn't vital at the moment, but fully trust that these guys will get it done right and stand by their work.
