We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! My basement flooded and Groundworks didn't have any immediate openings. However, they went above and beyond by getting Bryan Doyle to come to my house and his day off to install temporary sump pumps. I was very pleased that my basement was drained and stayed dry until the full crew could come out a week later. I would definitely recommend Groundworks!!!!!

They put plastic around everything. When they were done they triple sweep the floor. Team Migal Z I call them did a fantastic job. I'd recommend them 100%
