Nathan and Noah did an amazing job on the slab floor in our home! Nathan was professional, friendly, and has years of experience doing this. He took the time to explain everything he did as he went and exactly why he was doing it. We are new owners and the floor had apparently been slowly sinking for many years. They were able to bring it back to almost normal, which amazed us! Both Nathan and Noah were very impressive, and when they left there was absolutely no mess. I will definitely call on this company in the future if I have any need for it again.

The Rochester branch contacted me after the Livonia branch wasted my time for a month. Their crew came out to complete my job within 24 hours of original contact after learning about the issues from the other branch.Nate and Noah were courteous and professional, and were both very apologetic about the way the other branch had treated me. They completed the job in a timely fashion and throughly cleaned up afterward. It was clear they take pride in their work and in the FSM brand.My concrete slab was sinking in a few places in my house, causing significant separation between my base boards and floor. FSM was able to stabilize my floors and move them back up to their original locations. I am very happy with the results

There were a few things that needed to be moved due to the extra job, and they helped me move the items! I would highly recommend them to my friends. I felt guilty because they anticipated the job to take 1.5 hrs and due to our extreme level of problems and added work, it ended up taking them 5 hours! Robert Walraven, a FSM Service Technician, arrived on time for an annual inspection of the work FSM had previously completed. To my surprise we found considerable water in the crawl space. The water was due to a cracked pipe in our artesian well pit allowing water to flow on top of the liner that FSM had installed. Although this was not an FSM issue, Robert modified the liner to allow the water flow to go into the tiling and on to the sump that FSM had installed. This gave me time to repair the cracked pipes without additional flooding. He then offered to come back at no additional charge and finish the annual inspection at no additional charge once the well pit repair had been completed. Very professional and very much appreciated
