We hired FSM Grand Rapids to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM Grand Rapids for any of your foundation work!

FSM performed work on the outside of my basement wall in October 2024, to repair a deteriorating membrane installed by FSM three years ago. When I called to inform FSM of a water leak in my basement, in an area serviced by FSM, an inspector quickly came to my house to check the water leak. A repair crew followed very quickly to correct the original work. The repair crew (Richard, Jacob, Cameron and Adam) were very professional and polite. Their workmanship and clean up was very good. I rated FSM a 4 because the original work should have lasted longer

Justin came out for our annual inspection. He carefully inspected/tested the sump pump, batteries, connections along with the wall anchors and outside connections. Once this was completed, he reviewed all aspects of the inspection with me and alerted me to the amount of humidity in our basement. He made some suggestions of larger dehumidifiers and reminders for our next inspection. He was very thorough and professional.

My representative/inspector was Zach, and he was and is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to not only represent himself, but the company with integrity, kindness and helpfulness. He walked me through everything and also explained everything meticulously. I'd do business with Foundation, if it were more expensive, on how amazing he was as a representative. This was my second experience with them. The first waterproofing of an industrial building works perfectly for years now. We used to have massive floods after heavy summer rains. No more flooding! This time they did structural work to my home. They installed helical piers under a section that had no foundation. They added a beam across to support the piers and replaced rotted wood that they came across, as well. In the basement they installed waterproofing membrane and vertical steel beams along the wall. Looks good, we shall see if it stands the test of time.

FSM was outstanding to work with! Ben was super informative, honest with us and we felt confident we made the right decision to schedule with FSM to have our Crawl Space encapsulated. The crew showed up to do the dirty work with so much enthusiasm! A great bunch and they did a fantastic job. You would not even have known they were here aside from the major transformation of the Crawl Space. Not a stitch of mess left behind. We had tons of questions during the estimate with Ben and during the installation and they all were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The change through out our home AMAZING! I highly recommend this company. The contractors did a beyond excellent job at explaining the problems with my basement and throughly explained how they planned to fix it. The whole process went smoothly and every employee I talked to was kind, professional, and showed a willingness to help. They also offer financing options which were a huge help.
