After Mark's inspection he determined that I had a gray water plumbing leak and a crawl space cover leaking but no need for his services. Which is amazing compared to the competition Ayers Basement that tried to sell 57K worth of service.Mark won't sell you what you don't need I highly recommend you ask for him by name. I will be contacting Mark for some under pin foundation work in the spring.Thank you for your honesty!Andre

Jason Schilt, came to inspect our home on 7/24, and arrived on time to inspect our home inside, outside, and our crawl space. We cannot have asked to receive a better inspector than Jason. He did not rush through the inspection but took his time to provide us with very thorough details with images to show what we were dealing with under the crawl space. Jason also helped us with financing, and went through pricing options as well as gave his honest professional opinion of what needs to be repaired/replaced.We had reached out to a different company prior to contacting FSM and when the individual arrived to our home he was only here at most 10 minutes and within this short few minutes without ever even going into our crawl space to see what the problem was he stated our structure and foundation both were bad, said he would need to dig up pavements along the house to knock the crawl space wall out then he would go in from there to repair anything he found. He said he also would need to replace the pavement going along our home after he was finished. He quoted us 20,000 to start this job and it took me numerous calls to get the estimate which arrived 3 weeks later. We did not hesitate to call FSM for a second opinion as we were not comfortable with the first guy from the independently owned company who quoted us 20,000. We are so thankful that FSM gave us Jason Schilt as our inspector because he genuinely cares about his job and the well being of his customers. We hope others are as blessed as we were to have Jason come to their home, he’s a very honest person and great guy to do business with! Thank you so much for everything Jason! Don, one of the managers, came out and thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces. He gave us great information and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. I really appreciated the service the company provided. Micheal B was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure he could meet at a time that worked best for my family when there was a scheduling conflict. This company will get straight to the point while providing much needed information about the home. Very thankful they came and pointed out a few other issues they noticed about the home that we might want another opinion on since it something they don’t do. I’ve always hated how many companies will pressure you to decide in the moment, but this company wanted you to take time to make the financial decision. Thank you for coming out to the house and we can’t wait to get everything done.

Excellent job! Great team! Kyle explained in detail what needed to be done without trying to sell me more than what I needed. The crew that came in to do the job were courteous, respectful of my home. They came in, got to work and knew what needed to be done. If I had questions, they answered them. They were in pretty tight quarters (all 3) and they made the best of it. Thank you so much for a job well done!! I would give them a 15!!! If you need foundation, basement waterproofing, etc., FMR is the place to call.

I am just getting started on my journey with FSM. So far I am very impressed! I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment this morning! Super quick response!Kyle M. And Mike B. came to do the initial inspection. They were on time which I appreciate. Both very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous that they would be "pushy" salesman. Not the case at all! In fact completely opposite.. They took the time to do a thorough inspection, understand my concerns, and answer my questions. Even answered questions when I had to "phone a friend." :)They provided a thorough explanation of what the issues are and even had me feeling like an expert at one point! Both of them were very honest and even though I just met them the entire time I was at ease talking with them.Kyle M. almost got stuck in the well closet (I shut the door on him LOL) during the inspection, but he didn't skip a beat and it made for a good laugh!Mike B. offered some additional expert advice after noticing icicles above my AC unit during inspection around the outside of my home. Extra kudos to him for helping me cover it up!!Kyle M. was very patient with me during the entire process. He provided a good explanation of my options and was supportive of whatever decision I made. He was not "pushy" at all. He also told me what to expect throughout the process.Kyle M. and Mike B. make a great team! FSM is lucky to have them as frontline staff meeting with customers. They made my day!I look forward to the next steps in my journey with FSM! I like the fact that Kyle M. and Mike B. are familiar with all staff involved with the project. I also know Kyle M. will be in touch throughout to make sure things go smoothly.
