He inspection of our Apartment Build, which has a water seepage, with cracks in the foundation, and seepage from the ground. After inspection, he prepared a plan/proposal, which was very reasonable. Michael was thorough, very informative, and broke it down so we could understand things better. He took the time to take his boots off each time he came into the house so he wouldn't leave snow all over the floor. FSM installed our sump pump, and we've not regretted their services yet.

We were very happy with the expertise, courtesy and responsiveness of the FSM people. First, Rana explained the process carefully, and readily returned phoned questions several times before the work was done. The experienced, professional team of Marco M, Mario S and Noel G carried through. Even with some adjustments there was no delay, while they carefully took time to explain to us each step of the process. Our basement was in good hands with these impressive craftsmen.

I can't say enough about FSM's great customer service across the board. From the estimate detail to completion of the Michigan basement waterproofing & sump pump, the project manager and entire office and team were greatly communicative and simply awesome to work with. They did a meticulous job; huge lifesaving transformation. Install was completed during extreme cold and snow conditions. No water issues at all after the deep freeze melted. My sister recommended them, and I went with them based on the great work they did on her house, and their outstanding reputation. Thanks to Terrell, Terrell Jr. and Tyler, plus David, no longer have to worry about water issues. Top notch company and team, highly recommend. If you are in need, definitely put them on your estimate list. FSM is high quality, no nonsense.
