Justin came out for our annual inspection. He carefully inspected/tested the sump pump, batteries, connections along with the wall anchors and outside connections. Once this was completed, he reviewed all aspects of the inspection with me and alerted me to the amount of humidity in our basement. He made some suggestions of larger dehumidifiers and reminders for our next inspection. He was very thorough and professional.

Bryant's crew of Branbon, Jarred and Crabe arrived on time, went to work. Bryant explained what they were going to do. The job was done efficiently, they finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up the area. We did a walk through with Bryant who explained everything. I was totally satisfied with the entire process.

I have had one problem after another. I am still waiting for them to fix the work they did wrong and pay for damages they made on stuff they should not have touched….Update the job is finished and FSM has agreed to correct the issues and came out yesterday and corrected the issues. They replaced the down spout and have placed the pipe behind the drywall as I requested. They agreed to help pay for part of the wall repair. I was always responsible for replacing the drywall and removing it. I am glad FSM has stood up and took responsibility.

We were in the process of selling my grandmother’s house when we discovered a basement wall was caving in. Dan came out promptly and provided a free inspection and quote. He stayed in constant communication and quickly scheduled Miguel and his crew. Miguel did a phenomenal job and remained positive and smiling throughout the entire project. Miguel and Yasmany from the Livonia location, serviced my crawlspace which is accessed inside my house, by installing new sump pumps and efficient drainage. Which was very nasty muddy job. Not only did they do an excellent job with the instalation they were very professional and especially neat considering the conditions they had to work in. These two guys are a definite asset to FSM , A GROUNDWORKS Company!
