Dave Pearson, Matt, & Jacy were prompt, friendly, respectful to us and our home, professional, and worked hard all day. They hauled out trash & muck from the crawlspace, leveled it, did mold abatement, installed two new sump pumps, dug new drainage inside and outside, insulated the foundation walls, installed a permanent dehumidifier, and encapsulated the entire crawl space. They cleaned up the mess at the end of each work day without prompt. We enjoyed having this work crew in our home and would request the same crew if further services are needed.

We recently had our crawl space encapsulated by FSM and the results are very impressive. The crew consisting of Tim, Kody, and Sid kept us informed all along the way. These guys attended to the work with diligence and care. They were thoughtful and took care that the work area was neat as well as our home. We can't thank them enough for the professional way they executed the project. When all was complete, I inspected the crawl space and was overwhelmed with the attention to detail and how meticulous Tim, Kody, and Sid are upon me seeing the results of their labor. These guys demonstrated a pride in what they do and it shows in the way they interacted with us. If anyone ever asks me about what to do about their crawl space I will certainly recommend FSM most strenuously and certain tell them if they get the work done, to ask for Tim, Kody, and Sid.

Ryan came out to do an inspection and was fantastic. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, clearly explained what to look for and walked me through whether there was an issue or not. His recommendations were thoughtful and professional. While I didn’t move forward with any work through FSM, that was strictly due to timing and budget—my initial concern thankfully turned out to be a non-issue. I genuinely recommend FSM to anyone in need. They’re informative, fair, and not pushy at all. Ryan especially stood out for his honesty and professionalism. Definitely worth checking out!

We had Groundwork’s come out to install a new sub pump. The crew they sent out, Luis, Gerson and Carlos, were so polite, took the time to cover all flooring before working. They explained what they found with the old pump and what the new pump would do. I would give the experience a A+ rating.

Alex took extra time to go over everything and explain it in a way that I could understand. He's not a salesman looking for a quick buck. We scheduled an appointment on the phone and throughout the scheduling process, the Groundworks team was very informative and communicative. Rich was my waterproofing expert and he was very friendly and professional. During the process he did an inspection and then presented the solutions while explaining the causes and the remedies for any and all issues. The cost is quite high but but there are financing options and it is a permanent waterproofing system. I recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for a waterproof home.
