Jacob, Steven and Issac were professional and friendly during the whole encapsulation project. They explained in detail when weather conditions impacted planned work that had to change due to rain and the drainage that wasn’t there when it was dry. They cleaned up any mess to the best of their ability (frozen ground you can only do so much with till it thaws!). We highly recommend Groundwork’s.

I can't say enough about FSM's great customer service across the board. From the estimate detail to completion of the Michigan basement waterproofing & sump pump, the project manager and entire office and team were greatly communicative and simply awesome to work with. They did a meticulous job; huge lifesaving transformation. Install was completed during extreme cold and snow conditions. No water issues at all after the deep freeze melted. My sister recommended them, and I went with them based on the great work they did on her house, and their outstanding reputation. Thanks to Terrell, Terrell Jr. and Tyler, plus David, no longer have to worry about water issues. Top notch company and team, highly recommend. If you are in need, definitely put them on your estimate list. FSM is high quality, no nonsense.

After the job was completed I scheduled another company to clean my furnace ducks and they were impressed with the job that FSM did. That says a lot that another company approves and made me happy to have chosen FSM to do the work

Thank You to the following guys for being professional and staying late. They had a positive attitude even when their truck would not come out of park for 40 minutes. They stayed late the first night to get as much done as possible. The Foreman came back the next day with a different crew with the same positive energy. Didn’t believe that the sump pump and inside French drain could be done in two days. That is exactly what happened. Two days and the project completed. Luis S. Gustavo G. Gerson M and Devon W. Did a great job. On time, professional, personable. Clean up, yard and basement, better as can be expected. They did such a nice job, that I will never have to see them again on this property project. 😀 If needed, I would definitely use them again. From getting the bid (Dale K), to the completed project, all questions and concerns were answered. Had water intrusion in the past, nothing recently, My project was more a preventative issue going forward. So waiting for the next big storm to test the system. ⛈️ As a final note, any call I placed to FSM was returned within, or less, then the next day. Office staff, exceptional.

Groundworks just finished a project at my house and I couldn’t be happier with the work this crew did. Hunter K, Teddy F, and River C were very respectful of my property and made sure I was happy when they finished. They went the extra mile to clean up completely when done. This was my fourth project with FSM/Groundworks and I’ve had a good experience each time. I feel they have genuine people across the board and work to take care of your issues.

The technicians were polite, courteous and very thorough. They addressed some new concerns. They took pictures as well as humidity readings of the crawl space. We agreed to additional work being done. This company has been reliable. Products are very good quality and their technicians are well trained to complete the work.
