Foundation Systems of Michigan Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary

Livonia, MI – December 7, 2017

Foundation Systems of Michigan, the largest foundation contractor in the state, is celebrating its 10 year anniversary today.

“Ten years is an exciting milestone for FSM. Looking back, we’ve grown and evolved into the industry-leading foundation contractor in the state in such a relatively short period of time,” said president and founder Bob Genord. “We dedicated the last decade to not just solving Michigan homeowners foundation problems, but elevating the way home contractors should do business.”

Foundation Systems of Michigan was started when Genord recognized something was missing from the industry. Homeowners wanted and deserved custom solutions from a professional, responsible company.

FSM has remained focused on customer service during the past decade, most recently by establishing a ‘Customer Experience Advocate’ team, a customer’s single point of contact.

“We know home repair is not generally an enjoyable process, but we want our customers to feel they have one person they can always talk to that is familiar with their unique situation, can answer all their questions and support them, step by step,” said Genord.

Foundation Systems of Michigan would like to recognize their customers for allowing them into their homes, trusting them to get the job done right and helping them grow.

‘We are thrilled to mark a full decade of FSM,’ said Genord. “But more than that, we are continually looking to the future—both for our company and our customers. We’ve had a great ten years and expect many more to come.”
