Anyone who needs any kind of foundation work done, Groundworks is the place to hire. Last winter was brutal to our basement fireplace chimney, so bad that it made it lean away from the house. Jacob,Austin, and Maxwell from Groundworks placed piers in the ground and straightened it back to normal. Thank you Groundworks.

Justin came out for our annual inspection. He carefully inspected/tested the sump pump, batteries, connections along with the wall anchors and outside connections. Once this was completed, he reviewed all aspects of the inspection with me and alerted me to the amount of humidity in our basement. He made some suggestions of larger dehumidifiers and reminders for our next inspection. He was very thorough and professional.

He took the time to thoroughly assess our home both inside and out and explain our foundation problem in detail. In the end, he offered a solution and timeline for a permanent repair. i am a senior citizen who actually lives in the Walled Lake area. also live in a condominium community. i was experiencing flooding and sub pump issues in my basement and of course Mangement co. and association did not want to help me. Fourtanelly a fellow named Dave came to the condo and was so patient and helpful in making me understand and decide what was needed to fix the problems . i was totally surprised by the workers that came to fix the problems they were such hard workers, and they had to go up and down about 25 stairs carrying gravel and cement along with equipment they needed to use.Miguel,Jose,and Juilan were the hardest workers i have ever seen. they even ate their lunch in the truck. they were professional,knowledgeable,polite and kind. i highly recommend this co. MS. Spitsbergen

Justin Emond arrived at our home to do what we both thought would be a normal annual checkup. Instead, I needed a new battery and a new pump and the crock needed to be flushed. All this was happening in a house where the water and electricity and gas had been shut off as a tree had fallen on our home. He did a fabulous job and improvised using a hose and hooking up to the neighbors’ water so that the crock could get flushed. He also explained to me how these pumps work which I’ve never quite understood. He worked very efficiently and I was most impressed with him and with Foundation Systems Of Michigan.
