My husband and I had foundation systems of Michigan come out to do our crawlspace. The installers that came were very professional cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. The installers names were Jonah Hamilton, Logan Dean, Bryant Dozier, and Kiko Hartley. All four of these men did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend having them out to do work at anyone’s home!

I did not expect that, but that really made a difference plus them getting the job done correctly today. These guys were excellent and did an amazing job with lifting & leveling, a professional looking saw-cut to prep and then filll the cracks.

They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.

They showed up on time, completed the job over the course of 2 visits, and left the place looking like it was always there. I had a sump pump installation. When the job was completed, Richard Z went over all the specifications with the pump and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Give these employees a raise!!! They were top notch! I highly recommend FSM of Livonia for your waterproofing concerns.

I really was impressed by the professionalism of Juan, Diego and Jeff., and even John who did our inspection. My crawl space is ONLY two blocks. Very tight fit. Average guy can NOT fit under there. House was built in 1954. Needless to say I have NEVER been under there and at 73 I NEVER will now. The boys did a hell of a job and clean. My gosh, I would even do that good. They even fixed one of our furnace pipes that some how came apart. They seem to have a good time together also. The service contract was WELL worth the money. Needless to say, I highly recommend FSM and if you get a chance ask for Jeff and Juan and Diego. AWESOME JOB BOYS/ Leonard Mueller
