We had gone through numerous contractors prior that did not solve the issue, but John went above and beyond to ensure our issue would be resolved. We just finished our waterproofing installation. WOW! Miguel A did an outstanding job leading Luis S and Gerso G. They were amazing installers! They were kind and polite and helpful. They cared about my belongings in the basement. They did a lot of hard work in one day to be ready for the city inspector the next morning. They cemented and cleaned up the next afternoon. A lot of good work was accomplished timely due to their dedication. Miguel also did an excellent job communicating with me about the job itself, how the system & sump pump work, and maintenance. They are a top notch crew! Thank you!!!!
