Miguel and Yasmany from the Livonia location, serviced my crawlspace which is accessed inside my house, by installing new sump pumps and efficient drainage. Which was very nasty muddy job. Not only did they do an excellent job with the instalation they were very professional and especially neat considering the conditions they had to work in. These two guys are a definite asset to FSM , A GROUNDWORKS Company!

Joseph did an amazing job providing the estimate, problem and solution for our crawl foundation, which was in terrible condition. The amount of detail provided gave us the confidence to sign up. Jacob and Steven did an amazing job renovating the space. We immediately noticed the improvement in the leveling of the floor. They were professional, hardworking, and very kind. It was a great experience working with Groundworks professionals!

Jonah H, Matt E and Ethan H are the definition of work horses. These 3 guys literally ran with buckets of concrete repeatedly. They cleaned up as if they’d never been here and were very polite. We’ve had a lot of work done on this house, but have not had this positive of an experience with anyone else. Thank you guys! Very impressive!!!

I live in the Traverse City area. FSM' crew, which included Jonah H, Matt E, Ethan H, &Matt H proceeded to take on the job in the crawl space under my livingroom. I wanted to acknowledge the FSM team of Dave, Matt and Kiko for the amazing job they did on my home. This was not an easy job due to the VERY limited space they had to work in. They were determined to complete the job. They were all very pleasant and polite. Dave took time to answer all questions and explain everything. They were on time and cleaned everything up when finished. I am so excited with the results! I am not smelling the horrible smell from my crawl space and the house does seem a bit warmer. I also want to mention John L who came out initially and looked over my space and took pictures of everything to get me connected with FSM. He was available and happy to answer all my questions leading up to my project date…which I had a bunch😄. Thank you

Louis, Gerson, and Carlos were on time and got right to work on our crawl space. They were professional and friendly. They were done earlier than they said, and the work was perfect. They even found an issue we need to call a plumber about. Great team!! We are happy we went with this company for sure. Well worth the money.
