Just completed my consultation for a crawl space encapsulation and driveway leveling with Charles C. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Charles is a true professional- knowledgeable, great communicator, and very patient. Because of Charles, I feel confident in my understanding of the state of my crawl space and driveway and, to my genuine surprise as a first time home owner, I feel confident in understanding the work that is to be done and why to do it. Charles’s experience as a crew member and as a consultant is invaluable. Would love to write again once the work is done, I have a feeling this team will continue to be phenomenal!

I really appreciated the service the company provided. Micheal B was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure he could meet at a time that worked best for my family when there was a scheduling conflict. This company will get straight to the point while providing much needed information about the home. Very thankful they came and pointed out a few other issues they noticed about the home that we might want another opinion on since it something they don’t do. I’ve always hated how many companies will pressure you to decide in the moment, but this company wanted you to take time to make the financial decision. Thank you for coming out to the house and we can’t wait to get everything done.

Julie came out and first looked at and checked how the Sump Pump wasn't working efficiently. Then suggested a newer more efficient sump pump. She was thorough and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She took her time and was patient and answered my questions. Also, Maxwell came out to lend a hand and he too was very kind and helpful. Jacob, Steven and Issac worked miracles in the very shallow crawl space under our home. It required 5 steel beams and 15 jacks to support failing beams. They were professional, communicated well and were respectful of our space and home. Thank you for going above and beyond to do this work with the minimal space for access. They cut a small (12×6) access in the cinder block foundation to bring in the steel beams and were able to use the interior crawlspace access to bring in the rest of the materials. I was so relieved the work could be done properly without damaging the kitchen tile floor and stone countertops.

Clay came and did an exceptional and very thorough inspection of our foundation, basement, and crawl space. In fact, it was the most thorough evaluation I’ve experienced. (My husband and I have had some very bad experiences with evaluations and work done by other companies.) Clay was respectful and genuinely cared about our experience. He wasn’t pushy AT ALL. Also, he took the time to answer our endless questions. He never rushed us. We never felt that we were a burden or had a stupid question. He took the time to show us pictures and measurements to back up his analysis and recommendations. If you have foundation, basement, or crawl space concerns, contact Foundation Systems of Michigan and ask for our “house doctor” Clay!
