I had my crawl space encapsulated and a support beam installed by FSM. Overall, the work was done well and my floor was level after the work they did. The only issue was the encapsulation of the sump pump and leveling of the dehumidifier. The original crew that came out put the dehumidifier of cardboard pieces from the box it came in rather than footings to keep it level. They also covered over our sump pumps completely which made then inaccessible and unable to function correctly so the sump actually overflowed and flooded the crawl space. I spoke with Amanda in the office who was so sweet, understanding, and efficient with getting another crew out to my home ASAP to fix the problem. Deshawn and Reggie came out and fixed the original issue, put the dehumidifier on risers to level it (had a laugh with me about the ridiculous state of it left by the original crew) and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. They advised me on how to access everything in the future while maintaining the integrity of the encapsulation. The two of them really made sure I was happy with the end product.

Our inspector, Mark, was friendly, educational and committed to quality and service. His inspection was, hands down, the most thorough of any other inspection I’ve had. FSM can’t be beat!! Had them do some basement wall work and concrete leveling for me. From start to finish no complaints whatsoever. Our salesmen Charles explained everything in detail and what we could expect. Our basement guys Marco and his crew did a great job. In and out like they weren’t even there. Last but not least our concrete levelers Rana and David showed up on time explained the process and addressed all concerns we had. Same deal in and out like they weren’t even there. Would not hesitate to recommend this company or rehire them for future work. The people make the company!! Nice job FSM!!
