Im not sure where to start. Our project was big. Tons of water issues with all the snow melt and rain. We have only lived in the house for a year. Reached out to FSM and had a great experience with Adam. Came out the same day and gave us a quote. He didn't pressure us and was straight forward. Fast forward to a week ago. Junior and his team came out and from the beginning I knew we would be taken care of. He walked us through everything. The process, the products, he answered any questions we had and went above and beyond. The entire time they were here they never stopped going above and beyond. They worked their butts off everyday they were here and some days put in well over 12 hours to get it done. Junior made sure to keep us in the loop and managed his team to where things were clean throughout the job. Everything was planned throughout the project day by day and I cant tell you the relief I felt after weeks of uncertainty. I cannot talk this team up enough. We consider them good friends after this experience and if you consider another company I would tell you to SERIOUSLY reconsider. Thank you FSM and a HUGE thanks to Junior, Trent, Chase!!! You guys are the real deal!!

Today was the 2nd year inspection of the basement (water) repair work by FSM. I was pleased with their representative Joshua Gaddy and found him to be amiable and very knowledgeable. After the usual inspection he was kind enough to check my homes foundation and reported "found no problems".

DeCovon and his team (Dewayne and Darius) were amazing! It was thought to be a quick job, but they ran into unseen issues after the floor came up. They fixed everything over the next two days making sure the job was done 100% right. Now we have a professional system and the piece of mind that our basement will be dry. We had Groundworks out to install a sump pump and other water proofing measures at our home. Dean gave us an initial estimate and he was thorough and very kind. Jacob was our main contact for the on site work and he was excellent. He was kind and explained every step of the process with us. He showed us how everything would work and offered his number in case we had any questions afterward. I appreciate him and his onsite crew- they all worked very hard carrying heavy buckets of concrete in and out of our house. Very thankful and appreciative of Jacob and his crew!

I have been very impressed with FSM for my foundation needs. Carter S. and Jamont Y-D were efficient, prompt and courteous. Respectful of my property. They explained the process thoroughly and did a final walk-through ensuring my satisfaction with the job. Jordan P. was great when he came to inspect and provide recommendations for my foundation. Answered my questions and provided detailed instructions regarding preparation of my patio for the work. Definitely recommend FSM for foundation needs.

Highly recommend! Our technician, John Fulton, was incredible! I highly recommend requesting him, if you get the option. He was very kind and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and made sure to explain everything. My children and grandchildren were here and were interested to learn, too. He was more than willing to answer their questions, and he made it like a field trip to the basement! Very educational and fun! Can't thank him enough for being so kind and informative!

We felt very understood with our concerns. Loved working with them to set up our appointment time. HUGE PLUS in our eyes they didn't sit at our home until 1030pm forcing us to buy.
