We had an excellent experience with FSM who encapsulated our 125 year old crawl space. The sales representative Bryce was thorough in both his assessment and explanations of options and coordination of work. Junior led a fantastic team who did the work on time and on budget and had great communication skills. We appreciate the professionalism and highly recommend FSM.

Miguel and Yasmany from the Livonia location, serviced my crawlspace which is accessed inside my house, by installing new sump pumps and efficient drainage. Which was very nasty muddy job. Not only did they do an excellent job with the instalation they were very professional and especially neat considering the conditions they had to work in. These two guys are a definite asset to FSM , A GROUNDWORKS Company!

I wanted to acknowledge the FSM team of Dave, Matt and Kiko for the amazing job they did on my home. This was not an easy job due to the VERY limited space they had to work in. They were determined to complete the job. They were all very pleasant and polite. Dave took time to answer all questions and explain everything. They were on time and cleaned everything up when finished. I am so excited with the results! I am not smelling the horrible smell from my crawl space and the house does seem a bit warmer. I also want to mention John L who came out initially and looked over my space and took pictures of everything to get me connected with FSM. He was available and happy to answer all my questions leading up to my project date…which I had a bunch😄. Thank you

Jakob and his team (Alex, Nicholas and Junior) were prompt, efficient, and professional in their installation of a basement foundation drain in my home yesterday. Jakob was very helpful and responsive to my questions throughout the day and thoroughly explained operation of the new drainage system, etc. He's also an outstanding foreman, keeping his team working seamlessly and in harmony. This team was obviously very experienced! I also appreciated the very high quality of materials and workmanship. And when the crew left, EVERYTHING was cleaned up very well. This was my second experience with FSM. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE OUTSTANDING!! Their prices are competitive, their workmanship outstanding, and their overall objective is a satisfied customer WHICH I AM AGAIN!!! Give FSM and ADDITIONAL STAR!!! THANKS GUYS!!! THANKS FSM!!! We scheduled an appointment on the phone and throughout the scheduling process, the Groundworks team was very informative and communicative. Rich was my waterproofing expert and he was very friendly and professional. During the process he did an inspection and then presented the solutions while explaining the causes and the remedies for any and all issues. The cost is quite high but but there are financing options and it is a permanent waterproofing system. I recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for a waterproof home.

I highly recommend this company. The contractors did a beyond excellent job at explaining the problems with my basement and throughly explained how they planned to fix it. The whole process went smoothly and every employee I talked to was kind, professional, and showed a willingness to help. They also offer financing options which were a huge help.

Tim Hooper, FSM Service Technician assisted with an assessment of the water system and dehumidifier that FSM installed in our home to that the humidifier is in the correct place and will have efficient ventilation before finishing our basement. Time was very informative, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in clear and concise manner. While he was at my home for this task, he noticed the cracks on my driveway and offered several options to save the driveway and options to fix the large cracks. We hope that we can do this task in the spring. I give Time a 5 stars for his efficiency and excellent customer service. Thank you Tim!

Jacob, Steven and Issac were professional and friendly during the whole encapsulation project. They explained in detail when weather conditions impacted planned work that had to change due to rain and the drainage that wasn’t there when it was dry. They cleaned up any mess to the best of their ability (frozen ground you can only do so much with till it thaws!). We highly recommend Groundwork’s.

FSM did a wall stabilization project in my basement today. Jonah H., Logan D. and Bryant D. were the FSM crew that did the work. They installed galvanized steel braces. They did all the work in a few hours, protected the items in my basement and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job! Thanks!
