The Rochester branch contacted me after the Livonia branch wasted my time for a month. Their crew came out to complete my job within 24 hours of original contact after learning about the issues from the other branch.Nate and Noah were courteous and professional, and were both very apologetic about the way the other branch had treated me. They completed the job in a timely fashion and throughly cleaned up afterward. It was clear they take pride in their work and in the FSM brand.My concrete slab was sinking in a few places in my house, causing significant separation between my base boards and floor. FSM was able to stabilize my floors and move them back up to their original locations. I am very happy with the results

We scheduled with FSM for an inspection of our crawl space to get help with understanding what we could do to clean and seal it up. Our inspector was John Eldon. John is tasked with the unpleasant job of crawling through some dirty, cramped spaces and he definitely approached ours with good humor and a professional attitude. He put us at ease and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and concerns. There was NO hard sell or pressure to sign. We did contract with FSM to do the job and feel very comfortable with the process so far. They followed up as promised with scheduling. We're hoping to follow up with a positive review after the job is done. Thank you, John!

Jakob and his team (Alex, Nicholas and Junior) were prompt, efficient, and professional in their installation of a basement foundation drain in my home yesterday. Jakob was very helpful and responsive to my questions throughout the day and thoroughly explained operation of the new drainage system, etc. He's also an outstanding foreman, keeping his team working seamlessly and in harmony. This team was obviously very experienced! I also appreciated the very high quality of materials and workmanship. And when the crew left, EVERYTHING was cleaned up very well. This was my second experience with FSM. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE OUTSTANDING!! Their prices are competitive, their workmanship outstanding, and their overall objective is a satisfied customer WHICH I AM AGAIN!!! Give FSM and ADDITIONAL STAR!!! THANKS GUYS!!! THANKS FSM!!! Justin Emond arrived at our home to do what we both thought would be a normal annual checkup. Instead, I needed a new battery and a new pump and the crock needed to be flushed. All this was happening in a house where the water and electricity and gas had been shut off as a tree had fallen on our home. He did a fabulous job and improvised using a hose and hooking up to the neighbors’ water so that the crock could get flushed. He also explained to me how these pumps work which I’ve never quite understood. He worked very efficiently and I was most impressed with him and with Foundation Systems Of Michigan.
