We own a small vacation home on the Au Sable. The home was built on a dirt crawl space. We always had water, mold and odor issues from the crawl space. FSM of Michigan came in this week and completely encapsulated the space and added a new sump pump. The job wasn't cheap but the result is well worth the cost. Stephen, Matt, Isaiah and Justin worked very hard for two and a half days to get the job done. Great crew who worked hard and answered all my questions. Everything was left spotless. We highly recommend FSM of Michigan TC if you have water/foundation issues!

John W came out to complete our annual inspection and did a fantastic job. He was very personable, thorough, and took the time to walk me through everything he was checking so I understood the condition of the system. He answered all of my questions clearly and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he focused on what actually needed attention right now rather than trying to upsell anything. Excellent service and a very professional experience. Highly recommend!

We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! i am a senior citizen who actually lives in the Walled Lake area. also live in a condominium community. i was experiencing flooding and sub pump issues in my basement and of course Mangement co. and association did not want to help me. Fourtanelly a fellow named Dave came to the condo and was so patient and helpful in making me understand and decide what was needed to fix the problems . i was totally surprised by the workers that came to fix the problems they were such hard workers, and they had to go up and down about 25 stairs carrying gravel and cement along with equipment they needed to use.Miguel,Jose,and Juilan were the hardest workers i have ever seen. they even ate their lunch in the truck. they were professional,knowledgeable,polite and kind. i highly recommend this co. I have a great experience with Groundworks Company. There representative, David Cottone, is very knowledge about this company. David rocks. He came over to walk house and exam everything that needed to be done on my driveway. He also should me how things would look on his tablet in blue print form. David gave me a history lesson on the company which made me feel at easy. The company have been around for years, so I know they are the real deal. With that being said, if you need work on the outside or inside of your house; Groundworks Company is that company that will handle your business with grace, honor and respect.
