John W came out to complete our annual inspection and did a fantastic job. He was very personable, thorough, and took the time to walk me through everything he was checking so I understood the condition of the system. He answered all of my questions clearly and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he focused on what actually needed attention right now rather than trying to upsell anything. Excellent service and a very professional experience. Had a great experience with Gary. I called him out for what I thought was a water proofing issue and discovered it was actually a plumbing issue. He was incredibly honest and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He also took the time to point out several ASAP maintenance items to help me avoid future headaches. It’s very rare to find that level of honesty and kindness that he has versus just wanting to make money or take advantage. Highly recommend.. GO GARY!!!

The crew come and did great job . Before we had our basement done we could not use it due to constant flooding . Now Brian come and look at our basement and explain in detail what going be doing and said howl long it will take to repair it..it was done In two days awesome I was impress .Tom show me the work as it was completed and explain the battery backup for the sumpump in case of power outage. Been few weeks now been raing and no more water in the basement and now we can say that we can start using the basement for storage again thanks guys..

Justin Emond arrived at our home to do what we both thought would be a normal annual checkup. Instead, I needed a new battery and a new pump and the crock needed to be flushed. All this was happening in a house where the water and electricity and gas had been shut off as a tree had fallen on our home. He did a fabulous job and improvised using a hose and hooking up to the neighbors’ water so that the crock could get flushed. He also explained to me how these pumps work which I’ve never quite understood. He worked very efficiently and I was most impressed with him and with Foundation Systems Of Michigan.

Groundworks just finished a project at my house and I couldn’t be happier with the work this crew did. Hunter K, Teddy F, and River C were very respectful of my property and made sure I was happy when they finished. They went the extra mile to clean up completely when done. This was my fourth project with FSM/Groundworks and I’ve had a good experience each time. I feel they have genuine people across the board and work to take care of your issues.

During the ice storm of 2025, I lost power for eight days. FSM had encapsulated my Crawl Space August 2024. During the power outage, the crawlspace filled with approximately 18 inches of water. I just had Cameron P out to make sure everything is up and running. He checked the battery, the dehumidifier and the sump pumps. All is well! Highly recommended! Cameron was very knowledgeable, very personable and thorough. Two 👍👍
