Bryant's crew of Branbon, Jarred and Crabe arrived on time, went to work. Bryant explained what they were going to do. The job was done efficiently, they finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up the area. We did a walk through with Bryant who explained everything. I was totally satisfied with the entire process.

Had a great experience with FSM. Justin Keway was absolutely great! His ability to communicate what the problem was, how FSM would fix it made choosing them easy. Clay came and did an exceptional and very thorough inspection of our foundation, basement, and crawl space. In fact, it was the most thorough evaluation I’ve experienced. (My husband and I have had some very bad experiences with evaluations and work done by other companies.) Clay was respectful and genuinely cared about our experience. He wasn’t pushy AT ALL. Also, he took the time to answer our endless questions. He never rushed us. We never felt that we were a burden or had a stupid question. He took the time to show us pictures and measurements to back up his analysis and recommendations. If you have foundation, basement, or crawl space concerns, contact Foundation Systems of Michigan and ask for our “house doctor” Clay!

Jason and Chad arrived timely and worked efficiently as a team. Both were polite and professional. My driveway was filled, repaired and sealed. The cleanup was great. I hate it when people do not clean up behind themselves. I feel like I got the job I paid for. Jason, reminded me of my warranty and not to hesitate to call him. These two guys were great today. And I have a positive feeling that my prior issues with my driveway may be resolved. Let's wait for the rain now. LOL Thanks again Jason R. and Chad D.

I had concrete floor leveling, and a foundation pier system installation. The droughts over the last few years caused any area supported by a trench foundation to sink. Gaps on the brick formed. The garage side door would not open. The concrete leveling took 1 day, and the foundation work took 2 days. These projects required 2 separate crews, as crew specialize. The foundation work was done 1st, followed by the concrete slab leveling a couple of days later. Both crews arrived a little after 8 am. They were professional, and answered my questions. I took some pictures of the foundation work, also. When the crews were finished, they left the areas broom clean, which is standard. Nothing was damaged. The foundation exposure took place on the 1st day. The lifting took place on the morning of the 2nd day. The inspector came around noon and approved the project. The crew then filled in the dirt, cleaned up and left. The foundation work area have dirt piles next to the brick. This is normal as it takes time for the dirt to settle. I had foundation work at our house about 20 years ago, on another area with a trench foundation. So, I knew what to expect. Also, the crew took out 3 bushes for me to transplant in my front yard. They also replanted a medium size firebush for me in the backyard. I did lose some shrubs due to the dirt needing to settle.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Groundworks did leveling my garage. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you goes to Jason R. and Chad D. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, and took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout the project. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really showed, and they left the job site clean when they were finished. It’s not often you come across a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right, but Jason and Chad absolutely do. If you’re considering Groundworks for foundation or concrete leveling work, I highly recommend them. Outstanding craftsmanship and excellent customer service!
