I found Quentin Havlik to be very thorough and knowlegable about the steps and procedures for our job. He talked about all the possibilities we might want and put togeather a proposal we could select from. We needed help with our moisture problems in every part of the basement. We just finished our waterproofing installation. WOW! Miguel A did an outstanding job leading Luis S and Gerso G. They were amazing installers! They were kind and polite and helpful. They cared about my belongings in the basement. They did a lot of hard work in one day to be ready for the city inspector the next morning. They cemented and cleaned up the next afternoon. A lot of good work was accomplished timely due to their dedication. Miguel also did an excellent job communicating with me about the job itself, how the system & sump pump work, and maintenance. They are a top notch crew! Thank you!!!!

FSM came out today. They sent Taj, a service tech from the Traverse City office. Taj did a thorough review of the crawlspace at my cottage and found several structural issues that I needed to address. He showed me pictures of the areas of concern and explained the necessary solutions. Taj was GREAT and explained what needed to be done to correct these concerns. What a breath of fresh air, Taj was and an asset to FSM. I feel confident with the work that needs to be done after being explained & would recommend FSM.

Julie came out and first looked at and checked how the Sump Pump wasn't working efficiently. Then suggested a newer more efficient sump pump. She was thorough and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She took her time and was patient and answered my questions. Also, Maxwell came out to lend a hand and he too was very kind and helpful. FSM was outstanding to work with! Ben was super informative, honest with us and we felt confident we made the right decision to schedule with FSM to have our Crawl Space encapsulated. The crew showed up to do the dirty work with so much enthusiasm! A great bunch and they did a fantastic job. You would not even have known they were here aside from the major transformation of the Crawl Space. Not a stitch of mess left behind. We had tons of questions during the estimate with Ben and during the installation and they all were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The change through out our home AMAZING! I wished we would have done it sooner!! THANK YOU FSM!

Carter S. and Riley G. did a great job on our driveway! The cement slabs in the driveway had sunk and cracked—one was at least 2” or more which made driving into the garage a bumpy experience. But they got the slabs lifted, repaired the cracks, and caulked the joints between slabs. They even wrote down what caulk we should use to do the other joints if we choose to do that. No more sinking driveway! And we greatly appreciate the company’s folllow-up where they will come check their work annually for 5 years.

Jacob W., Alex L., and Denzel K. water proofed the back half of our basement. They were very courteous and provided us with updates frequently. I particularly appreciated that they took great care to help us prevent our house cat from getting out by always closing doors behind them (which is a pain with so many trips in/out of the house). They completed a labor intensive job with a lot of care for our home. We would recommend them to anyone else needing this service!

We hired FSM to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM for any of your foundation work!
