Justin Emond arrived at our home to do what we both thought would be a normal annual checkup. Instead, I needed a new battery and a new pump and the crock needed to be flushed. All this was happening in a house where the water and electricity and gas had been shut off as a tree had fallen on our home. He did a fabulous job and improvised using a hose and hooking up to the neighbors’ water so that the crock could get flushed. He also explained to me how these pumps work which I’ve never quite understood. He worked very efficiently and I was most impressed with him and with Foundation Systems Of Michigan.

My representative/inspector was Zach, and he was and is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to not only represent himself, but the company with integrity, kindness and helpfulness. He walked me through everything and also explained everything meticulously. I'd do business with Foundation, if it were more expensive, on how amazing he was as a representative. Foundation is truly blessed to have him as an employee. He is an undeniable asset to the company. I encourage anyone with questions to request him specifically!

Groundworks, did an excellent job for us, & Will IRVINE was very responsive, in finding us, service Technician, Tim Hooper to come out quickly to help us, & inatall a new sump pump when we had ground water in our lower level. Would recommend- Worked out options to fit our needs and budget and we appreciated the patience with all our questions. The install was relatively painless (we opted to do the prep work to remove stud walls) and the workers were thoughtful and respectful. They were efficient, quick, and the project looks fantastic. We really appreciated their positive attitudes and thorough clean up.
