We just finished our waterproofing installation. WOW! Miguel A did an outstanding job leading Luis S and Gerso G. They were amazing installers! They were kind and polite and helpful. They cared about my belongings in the basement. They did a lot of hard work in one day to be ready for the city inspector the next morning. They cemented and cleaned up the next afternoon. A lot of good work was accomplished timely due to their dedication. Miguel also did an excellent job communicating with me about the job itself, how the system & sump pump work, and maintenance. They are a top notch crew! Thank you!!!!

The last line of her Groundworks signature block says everything you need to know about her: “Less Than Exceptional Is Not Acceptable.” There are a lot of moving parts to a foundation repair involving work crews, plumbers and government inspectors coming and going with varying degrees of commitment to customer service. Although I was new to all of this, Cynthia’s clear instructions, patience, and willingness to follow up on my questions demonstrated her commitment that all Groundworks employees should emulate. Jacob, Steven and Issac worked miracles in the very shallow crawl space under our home. It required 5 steel beams and 15 jacks to support failing beams. They were professional, communicated well and were respectful of our space and home. Thank you for going above and beyond to do this work with the minimal space for access. They cut a small (12×6) access in the cinder block foundation to bring in the steel beams and were able to use the interior crawlspace access to bring in the rest of the materials. I was so relieved the work could be done properly without damaging the kitchen tile floor and stone countertops.

We had Groundworks out to install a sump pump and other water proofing measures at our home. Dean gave us an initial estimate and he was thorough and very kind. Jacob was our main contact for the on site work and he was excellent. He was kind and explained every step of the process with us. He showed us how everything would work and offered his number in case we had any questions afterward. I appreciate him and his onsite crew- they all worked very hard carrying heavy buckets of concrete in and out of our house. Very thankful and appreciative of Jacob and his crew!

They communicated well with me and they came off as pretty respectful and polite lads. I am left very satisfied with their work. 50 people could now sleep there. Five stars.
