Miguel kept me informed throughout the process of the progress they were making, showing me and explaining exactly what they were doing. When a change was made to the original contract, it was discussed with me, and I received a prompt call back first thing in the next morning, agreeing on a credit to my account. During the ice storm of 2025, I lost power for eight days. FSM had encapsulated my Crawl Space August 2024. During the power outage, the crawlspace filled with approximately 18 inches of water. I just had Cameron P out to make sure everything is up and running. He checked the battery, the dehumidifier and the sump pumps. All is well! Highly recommended! Carter S. and Riley G. did a great job on our driveway! The cement slabs in the driveway had sunk and cracked—one was at least 2” or more which made driving into the garage a bumpy experience. But they got the slabs lifted, repaired the cracks, and caulked the joints between slabs. They even wrote down what caulk we should use to do the other joints if we choose to do that. No more sinking driveway! And we greatly appreciate the company’s folllow-up where they will come check their work annually for 5 years.
