Thank You to the following guys for being professional and staying late. They had a positive attitude even when their truck would not come out of park for 40 minutes. They stayed late the first night to get as much done as possible. The Foreman came back the next day with a different crew with the same positive energy. Decovon S., Dewayne Lee, Darius S., and Issac R. were the gentleman me and my wife had the pleasure of coming to our home to fix our basement waterproofing needs. Not only were they professional, kind with an excellent work ethic but they did a superb job on the project. Decovon updated me every step of the way and was always cordial on the phone and in person. A lot of work was done and once finished the crew did an immaculate clean up job. Me and my wife are very satisfied with FSM because of these guys!

Groundworks is a great company! They leveled our driveway last year, and it’s held up very well. They recently came out for a complimentary follow-up inspection, which gave us real peace of mind. Mike was our service technician, and he did an outstanding job. He thoroughly explained the inspection process, answered all of our questions, and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on moving forward. His professionalism and knowledge made the entire experience easy and reassuring. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for reliable foundation or concrete leveling services!

Great experience. Was able to easily book an inspection for my first available date. John L. came to the house to look at our problem and expertly formulated a plan. Explained to me what was wrong and what products were best to use to fix the problem. I was able to be placed on the work calendar much sooner than I anticipated. On the service date, foreman Matt K. outlined again the plan for installation of the beam and jacks required to fix our sagging floor. He answered a couple of my questions in clear terms that I could understand. Crew members Xavier T. and Tommy D. were friendly but very professional and highly efficient in their work flow. Matt K called the morning of just to ensure correct service time but FSM uses a texting system to update the customer of everything on the service date. When they’re leaving the shop, when they’ve arrived at the property. Worked flawlessly. All of it exceeded expectations!

Jason and Chad arrived timely and worked efficiently as a team. Both were polite and professional. My driveway was filled, repaired and sealed. The cleanup was great. I hate it when people do not clean up behind themselves. I feel like I got the job I paid for. Jason, reminded me of my warranty and not to hesitate to call him. These two guys were great today. And I have a positive feeling that my prior issues with my driveway may be resolved. Let's wait for the rain now. LOL Thanks again Jason R. and Chad D.

I would highly recommend FSM! Miguel and his crew, JasmanY V, and Jose V were polite, hard working, and efficient workers. Miguel kept me informed throughout the process of the progress they were making, showing me and explaining exactly what they were doing. When a change was made to the original contract, it was discussed with me, and I received a prompt call back first thing in the next morning, agreeing on a credit to my account. The worksite was all clean when they left. Job well done!
