I really was impressed by the professionalism of Juan, Diego and Jeff., and even John who did our inspection. My crawl space is ONLY two blocks. Very tight fit. Average guy can NOT fit under there. House was built in 1954. Needless to say I have NEVER been under there and at 73 I NEVER will now. The boys did a hell of a job and clean. My gosh, I would even do that good. They even fixed one of our furnace pipes that some how came apart. They seem to have a good time together also. The service contract was WELL worth the money. Needless to say, I highly recommend FSM and if you get a chance ask for Jeff and Juan and Diego. AWESOME JOB BOYS/ Leonard Mueller

After having a great experience with this company last year when the waterproofed my basement and put beams in, I had another great experience at my first follow-up appointment. Phillip P came to adjust the beams, do measurements, and check things to make sure they were all working well. He was positive and very thorough in his work. He made sure to show me what he did, talk about what he noticed, and clean up the area. He then returned later in the week to replace the parts (screws? I don't know. They look like big screws but are surely called something different) that are no longer the correct size to "make sure they don't forget to bring them next year." He's a hard worker and did a great job!

They showed up on time, completed the job over the course of 2 visits, and left the place looking like it was always there. I had a sump pump installation. When the job was completed, Richard Z went over all the specifications with the pump and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Give these employees a raise!!! They were top notch! I had concrete floor leveling, and a foundation pier system installation. The droughts over the last few years caused any area supported by a trench foundation to sink. Gaps on the brick formed. The garage side door would not open. The concrete leveling took 1 day, and the foundation work took 2 days. These projects required 2 separate crews, as crew specialize. The foundation work was done 1st, followed by the concrete slab leveling a couple of days later. Both crews arrived a little after 8 am. They were professional, and answered my questions. I took some pictures of the foundation work, also. When the crews were finished, they left the areas broom clean, which is standard. Nothing was damaged. The foundation exposure took place on the 1st day. The lifting took place on the morning of the 2nd day. The inspector came around noon and approved the project. The crew then filled in the dirt, cleaned up and left. The foundation work area have dirt piles next to the brick. This is normal as it takes time for the dirt to settle. I had foundation work at our house about 20 years ago, on another area with a trench foundation. So, I knew what to expect. Also, the crew took out 3 bushes for me to transplant in my front yard. They also replanted a medium size firebush for me in the backyard. I did lose some shrubs due to the dirt needing to settle.
